When I first arrived to the property entering the unit I noticed the carpet being dirty, then while showering I experienced the water getting cool and not staying warm. Last as we were packing two individuals were peaking through the window of the unit we were located in staff was contacted but was very dismissive to our claim. After speaking with the first staff member that stated she was going to contact security immediately we didn’t receive a call back until an hour later and security stated management had just reached out to them less than 5 minutes ago.

Property was well kept, clean and had all the essentials. I stayed on the 1st floor, and the the people in the upstairs unit were very noisy - you could hear every footstep - people were running around, jumping, until at least 10pm every night. It was NOT quiet and peaceful. Also,, the wifi in the unit kept cutting out - not sure if it was the cable router or the wifi router, but it was constant and very annoying. I would stay here again, but would request a top floor unit.
