Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Decent property but poor housekeeping

The hotel was fine but slightly run down. Our only real problem with the property was the cleanliness/housekeeping. It looked as if the unit had had a quick 5 minute clean before we checked in. We had to wipe down the counters ourselves because there was spills still on them. We did not receive housekeeping during our stay, due to Covid-19 protocols. That was understandable, but we were supposed to be able to call for towels if we needed and we could rarely get someone to answer the call. When we did, we had to stay in our room to meet the housekeeper with towels and they never showed up. We had to go to the front desk and complain the next day to get towels. Additionally, they left us with one roll of toilet paper, two servings of coffee and no extra trash bags for 3 people staying for 5 days. It was a hassle to get any extra of these items.

Great Location and Amenities

Close to the convention center. Loved the free breakfast. Pools were awesome. Parking deck was across the street and filled up. Had to go further to park in the rain! Room was very dusty but otherwise clean.
