Very nice clean place with a couple small maintenance issues

Rubber molding needs added in the shower to prevent water from lying on tile flooring. Washing machine sounds in need of repair.

No compassion

We were not able to stay at the hotel, because on the day of check-in, my mother suddenly passed away. Though the property had compassion, they would not budge on anything from giving us a refund to rescheduling our vacation. I would not recommend using this company again.

Would have been perfect…

The condo was super clean, comfortable and located perfectly for our purposes. However, there was a HUGE jackhammer in the property next door (the balcony looks down on it) that was operated everyday from 8am until 5pm. It was so loud that you could hear it inside the condo, and it made sitting outside impossible. I had a splitting headache after about a half hour trying to sit outside with AirPods in. It was raining, so it really was a huge bummer that we couldn’t utilize the covered balcony. The only other complaint I have is that the tv’s were really hard to use. And, the wifi was so weak that we really couldn’t stream anything. We gave up after a few hours and watched on a laptop using our cellular hotspot.
