Has a kitchen, a Hot Tub in the bathroom, plus a large balcony over looking the pools and ocean. The Resort has three heated pools, a Lazy river, three Hot Tubs, a large kids pool and a exercise room on the same floor as the condo.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.

Nice little condo, sufficient for all our basic needs. Randy was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We really enjoyed the balcony with nice views both North and South and beautiful sunrises. The room is right near the elevators which was very convenient. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for me. Just about a mile to the Sky Wheel and main Boardwalk. Very nice walkway that starts just North of the building. It is a family friendly resort with multiple pools, hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is fabulous. The condo was clean but lots of broken things. The front of the microwave, the dishwasher, the smoke detector wasn’t even plugged in. The worst was the sliding door that got stuck and I was stuck on the deck until someone came to open it.

Ocean front condo - beautiful sunrises! Owner is very responsive. Check in and check out was so easy. Close to 2nd Ave pier. We had a wonderful time. Several places to eat - 7th Ave cafe great for breakfast all day, drafts sports bar excellent and wicked Tuna on the pier has some delicious options. Young teens loved the Family kingdom amusement park and the pools, lazy River etc at the resort. Quiet area.

Staging for guests is very important. Needs a deep clean. Couldn’t even use coffee pot. Otherwise a nice location. Stage for your guests.
