The hosts were great and attentive. This unit was clean and well-kept. Very few towels provided and bare minimum of kitchen item for cooking meals, but plenty of glasses, plates, etc. The bed arrangement makes unit feel more like hotel than condo, and understand only places for relaxation are beds and dining chairs. The view of ocean from balcony is amazing! The best part of Boardwalk resort in our opinion was the grass lawn with lawn chairs and ocean view… you could enjoy the ocean without the sand! (It’s great if you don’t love sand:) However, we traveled as 2 moms with high school senior daughters looking for relaxation, and instead found many unattended children running around the pool areas, cannon- balling and throwing floats into the hot tubs and in some cases there was not an adult to be seen… It was bizarre, and there appeared to be no on-property management to do anything about this… therefore using the hot tub wasn’t an option, and even enjoying the pool was chaotic and not relaxing. This is more of a resort rather than unit complaint… but if you have young kids maybe would be appealing.
