Please Note: The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and
must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Large gatherings/parties are prohibited. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit or out on the balcony. No pets are allowed on the property, regardless of type, size or breed.

Per Kingston Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the fitness center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort. Guests of Margate can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub year-round.

Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
