Very clean and plenty of room for my family. We had our daughter son and 3 grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach and pools Beach chairs were available for us to use which were way nicer than the ones we brought. We had a wonderful time and will be back

Our family vacation was fulfilled with this condo unit. My mother in law slept like a baby in the master suite, while our 5 year old enjoyed having sleep overs in her spacious room. My husband and I would retreat to the in law suite and could quietly come and go as we pleased without waking others due to the second hallway door. We enjoyed eating outside on the balcony as the sunny ocean and pool views filled our souls as it snowed in Northern NY. Communication with the owners was fantastic and thy completed our vacation with having beach towels, chairs and toys. My husband enjoyed the boogie boards with friends, as I found small touches like supplies of dish soap and laundry detergent very helpful. We had everything we needed and would leave NY in heartbeat to return here.
