Upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo with beautiful view of the golf course. This condo is on the 1st floor of a building that is located on the edge of the golf course. The condo is bright and airy with many upgrades, including a flat screen TV.

We have decorated this condo with traditional top of the line furnishings and have spared no expense. Rent direct and save money yet take advantage of the same amenities. There are 1 swing king, 1 regular king bed and 2 singles plus a queen sofa bed, so we can easily accommodate 6 golfers with everyone having their own bed or a family of 8.

Myrtlewood Villas is conveniently located just a few block from grocery stores, 2 miles north of Broadway at the Beach, and 5 miles south of Barefoot Landing and the great restaurants and shopping they both boast. Try some of our favorites, Festa Americana, Mimosas and Croissants Bistro& Bakery.

Great space for a family of 6!

We were in town for a dance convention at the Myrtle Beach CC. It was an excellent location, close to the beach, close to the convention center and excellent for our family. We had plenty of space to sleep, relax, enjoy the grounds and the pool while having the needed proximity. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was good. The place was clean. Was locked out of the property the first night around 11:00pm. Host offered to put us up in a hotel for the night which was unacceptable to us. Locksmith arrived and was able to get into the property within 30 minutes.

Another Great Vacation in Myrtle Beach

This was the 3rd time in the past 7 years that we have rented this Condo. Loved the remodeling that was done with the flooring and the furniture. I always love cooking in the big kitchen, it’s very well stocked. The location of this condo always fits our needs and the whole complex of Myrtlewood is always nice. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Myrtle Beach condo. It was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The management was easy to work with and made our stay pleasant. The complex is quiet and clean. The pool was usually quiet but was pretty busy on the Fourth of July. It is convenient to Broadway at the Beach for restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again! Thank you!

Great Spontaneous Trip!

Fantastic stay! Maybe one suggestion there were no dish cloths and only one dish towel. I had to use a wash cloth from the bath linen. Other than that it was super clean and very welcoming!
