Clean and well equiped room made me good business condition. The distance from nearest S-Bahn station require bit long time walk. An Italian restaurant opposite side of road should be recommended. Have nice stays!
I had read some reviews that were negative about this hotel, but I can tell you from my experience if found nothing wrong. The room was spacious, and nicely appointed. The bathroom was large and stocked with convenience items. The room was very clean and the staff was personable. The restaurant had a nice menu with specials at a very fair price. Two of us had each had a special and a drink and the tab was €26. Breakfast was fantastic. So many choices, with great bread selection. Would recommend this hotel
It was hard to find an hotel in Munich this week and we found MY Hotel Munich Messe. It was the first time for me there. A good hotel. Clean rooms with all what you need. Good breakfast. Unfortunately not so close to underground but with 10 minutes walking you can reach train station to go Munich downtown or airport.
Restaurant has a very poor service, even a beer takes more than 10 minutes to bring and to bring the menu it takes more than 15 mins. Under staffed... restaurant. Room are nice, reception people are good s friendly but agin coming back to restaurant very very very poor
Stayed here for one night. Overall was a nice hotel. It was a memorable stay cos it snowed and we were super excited. Room - Clean & comfortable Service / Staff - Friendly & helpful Food - Good choices - american breakfast Location - Far from the town but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Only one bus passes there. Take the bus to go to the Berg am Laim Subway Station Nearby there is a Burger KIng (10mins walking) and across the street a Pizzeria I wish that the hotel provided coffee/tea making facility
This hotel is part of a tour package so we had no choice. It's a nice, clean hotel however the nearest train station is 1.5kms away so it's not great if you're planning to explore the city centre or to go around looking for a bite. No coffee making facility too, which I found odd in this day and age. Breakfast buffet was not bad.
The room was modern and upgraded, not the biggest but very comfortable (For a single traveller) room to put your luggage, had a fridge and big bathroom. The lighting was a little poor, however I have since found this was the case in most of the hotels i stayed at in Europe. The breakfast and the service of the staff at breakfast was 5 star, there was so much selection and a very clean breakfast area they catered for all with hot and cold selection. The only down side was it was a little further out of town away from the city centre.
Pre tour stay and I was pleasantly surprised Buffet breakfast was extremely good, lots of choice and pleasant staff to assist. My room was cleaned before 9 am and toiletries replenished. Typically with budget coach tours this hotel is not centrally located and travel time increased if negotiating public transport. I found this to be a comfortable hotel and enjoyed my stay here.
We got an upgrade so the room was large enough. Also a bottle of wine at the bar wasn't astronomically expensive. I would suggest adding some music channels to the TV menu. Thanks to "enormous" price of a breakfast at the hotel we decided to eat out and discovered a lovely breakfast restaurant nearby.
This is a good hotel but not a special one. Its location isn't very convenient if you want things nearby, especially as a tourist. The hotel is clean and the rooms are good in size. If the reason for your travel is near this hotel then it's a good option.
