The weaknesses outweigh the strengths. Strengths: good location for business and access to the U- & S-bahn; I've stayed in far worse. Weaknesses: no cooling so very warm on hot days; while a number were friendly, many front desk staff were either disinterested or barking commands; mildewed grout and shower curtain; slow bathtub drain; awful location for toilet (knees bang into the opposite wall); reserved a room with queen bed but got two separated singles (could not be pushed together) that were the size of cots. This place reminded me of a hostel I stayed in the Yukon Territory, except that one had a cleaner bathroom.
I stay here on average once a year because it is convenient for my Company's office in Neubiberg near Munich. The reception area is lovely and staff are always welcoming, but the rooms are tired and old fashioned. For the first time this trip I had a superior room but it was not worth it. The décor is old fashioned and miserable. The shower didn't work. Good toiletries and free minibar though. Breakfast is good, but expensive.
Very small room for family of 4, no air conditioner, no close store or restaurant, the room keycard needed to be updated few times a day, uncomfortable beds, after all bad experience, never stay at this hotel again.
Great breakfast including fresh orange juice and great machine coffee. location easily to reach by U5, room is not too small, the staff is really friendly and will help you in case of any need. average is good.
Its a good hotel. Slightly away from the city centre but easily accessible from the highway. The air-conditioning is not started before 1st of june, hence room was warm but openeing the window sortes that problem. Good food and good service
the hotel was OK , but everyday i come back i don't find my money ( coins ) . the first day i thought maybe its my mistake , then the next day i was late for a meeting so i forget again some of my money at the table , when i got back i did not find it.
Modern, clean and friendly. Free parking on street which I used for 4 nights and on 2 occasions right at front door of hotel. Great breakfast including fresh orange juice and great machine coffee. Close to great little Italian restaurant called O' Roje 2 mins walk away.
The hotel is located far from the center, so go for it only in case you need to visit the close business district. The rooms are quite small and would need to be refreshed. On the other hand, the staff is really friendly and will help you promptly in case of any need, and the restaurant is unusually good for this level of hotel. The price is extremely competitive for Munich
I stayed two times at this Hotel. Rooms are small, 20min far away to city center but close to Siemens. breakfast is good , staff is polite and price is competetive. I cannot say it is a modern city hotel but reasonable business hotel.
Friendly staff, decent size room. At busy times the hot breakfast ran out - not conducive to needing a quick bite before work. Comfortable dble/Queen bed yet you're only given 2xsmall duvets! Not the best nights sleep. Poor bathroom amenities too for a Mercure.
