We had extended our stay for one night, as it was our final destination after a coach tour. A number of personal toiletries were removed from the bathroom (presumably by housekeeping) while we were out for the day. Although the front desk staff apologized, there was no attempt at compensation. They were purchased specifically due to medical conditions, as items provided by the hotel cannot be used. We were a tad disappointed.

Reception service was really bad whole staying days.Rooms are uncomfortable and useless. Pillows are really bad and there is no slipper in the room.
