I picked this property because, as an extended stay facility, the room sizes are generous. However, I chose a loft style room. In retrospect, I should not have, because the bathroom is on the 1st floor, whereas the bedroom is up in the loft. That proved inconvenient for someone like me that needs to get up at night to use the facilities.

Place is clean, I’ll give them that. Breakfast was mediocre at best, especially for that price and It’s not in a bad location to see attractions. No A/C in the room or maybe the building. Forced air that barely worked, and one small window for ventilation. We had two floor fans which were provided that pushed around the hot air, which did not help. We received a loft room at the front desk, which has a narrow staircase to your bed. It was hot as you know what up there! When I asked the front desk to help, they merely said sorry, we only have fans, no a/c. For the price, not at all worth it, much better places in Munich to stay.

A repeat stay for sure!!!

Wife and I with our two small dogs. Was the perfect location with easy access to the grocery store downstairs, dog area across the street, restaurant and cafes all around, walking paths everywhere, plenty of public transportation options within a 3min walk, rental scooters and bikes, readily available, just a half block to the riverfront. And the hotel itself was great, we were able to work remotely for a few days and cook in the mini kitchen, before heading out on the town at night and on the weekend. The staff was all super nice, over the course of our stay I interacted with at least 6 different employees and they were all super helpful and friendly, always with a smile. My wife and I are already talking about coming back in a few weeks. Love this place!
