Worst stay we have experienced

The property was old and worn down. Not in a very good condition fro s maintenance standpoint. Shades did not work, plumbing issues, tiles falling off bathroom walls. Cold water quit working and we were told it would be 4 or 5 days before we could get it fixed to get a shower. Furnace thermostat was always off. We hated this property and will never return. For what we paid we were terribly disappointed .

Peace and rest

I am not sure we have ever been on a vacation that allowed us so much space to rest and spend time with our family, while still enjoying the local places, food and history. It was a beautiful home and memories we will cherish!

The Chronicles of Joey & Joys of Mt Pleasant

We are big fans of Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach and Sullivans. All of which are a quick drive away. This cute abode had everything one could need. Sans hot sauce. The ice maker was unable to keep up, but the bag of ice we bought made up for that. The Publics and Harris Teeter are short drives away. There are tons of restaurants within golf cart distance and plenty if activities for kids of all ages: The beaches are close and having access to a washing machine and dryer are key. The big highlight was Joey, the neighbors tabby cat who came to visit everyday. Lounged on the front porch and driveway like he owned the place. We enjoyed his daily visits! We will be back!

Great location

My husband and small child stayed for almost a week. Listing was as represented. Very close to everything. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a short drive. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Neighborhood was quiet both day and night which was perfect for my toddlers nap & early bedtimes. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Great location for a beach vacation!

My wife and two young boys stayed here for 3 days. It was a nice comfortable space for us 4. Not tiny but not overly big either, just right. We spent our days at either Sullivan’s Beach, 5 min drive tops or Isle of Palms beach which was 10 mins tops. Quiet neighborhood and grocery/restaurants right around the corner. Good bang for the buck in Mount Pleasant!

Family Visit to CHS

My husband and I were in town for a quick visit with our 3 year old. The house was great for all ages and the location was perfect - easy to get everywhere, with a Publix and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again on a future visit!

Great place to stay!

House was great. The extra fees i felt were too much for us. We are very neat and i understand you have to have some of these fees. Enjoyed Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. Paige's Okra Grill was amazing!

Great house and neighborhood! Close to everything!

My husband and I had a great stay here. It was our first trip to Charleston and staying here helped with that experience as it was in a great location. Close to plenty of great restaurants, right around the corner from publix, and just a short drive to downtown(right over the bridge). Staying here, we were provided with plenty of everything..towels, cookware, ect. House was very clean and smelt great and inviting upon our arrival(can tell is cleaned well which was a nice feeling, especially during these times)! Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place

We stayed 15 days while my daughter had hip surgery and started her recovery. It is a precious bites. Full of light and great art. Cheery, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. Neighbors were so nice. Great neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. This was a tough few weeks for my daughter but staying here made it much more pleasant. We had Halloween while here and even had some trick or treaters! It has a nice little seating area with string lights in back yard. They yard is well cared for and neat. There is also covered parking. It just felt very homey and comfortable. Any minor issues I had were handled so quickly and nicely by the management company and owners. I really appreciated how fast they responded. We will definitely stay here again. I was a little sad to leave this soecial little house when we left today.

Adorable and Cozy Cottage

We had the best time at this little cottage in Mount Pleasant! The location is perfect, we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and were happy to be close to groceries and fun restaurants. Loved being so close to Shem Creek and the beach. Only thing I would say is to add more kitchen items... there was only 1 pot and limited silverware. Also staying with 5 teen girls, I had the thought an outdoor shower would be a huge plus since there is only one shower inside so coming back from the beach some people could shower outside. The beds are comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable as well and the house was very clean. All the decorations were so cute and beachy and made our girls trip amazing!! Thank you!

Mount Pleasant

It was a nice stay. Great location and lots of room. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and nice backyard. Washer and dryer came in handy! I would recommend this house.
