Staff is friendly and helpful. Sadly, that is this location's only upside. Building is dirty with stained carpet, rooms have holes in the drywall, hallways are filled with smoke from people getting high in their rooms, location advertises free breakfast but does not offer it. Loud music coming from multiple rooms late at night and people yelling in the halls. At one point someone tried to get into our room at 3 am. Turns out they were walking down the hall trying a key card in each door. We would not feel comfortable having our family stay at this location. Technically it is Cinnaminson but this hotel pulls all guests from disadvantaged areas up the highway. We saw cars meeting in the parking and fast drug deals happening. Staff reminds not to park your car with license plate hidden - police require plates to be facing out/shown. That tells you what this hotel is like.
Overall, the facility is badly in need of renovations
Thin walls. I hope the gentleman in room 123 is able to seek professional help for his snoring. And I hope the guests in rooms 124 and 125 enjoyed their evening television! Other than that, no real complaints. The surrounding area is an unlovely bit of sprawl but whatever. The place is clean, feels newish. Fast drive to Philly at a fraction of the cost of actually staying there.
It was fantastic& easy! Good breakfast. Very helpful with questions.
Was greated with a smile at check-in. Carmen was efficient in getting me signed and in our room. It was a night out with my Wife from whom I sm currently seperated and it was quiet and peaceful at the hotel. Staff was respectful and room spotless upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity
people smashing doors and shouting from one end to the other the entire night, couldn't get any sleep, wouldn't stay there again staff was ok
The business center is in front of the front desk and next to the eating area so their was no privacy to view my emails when my phone died and it had no Microsoft office on the computer. Not really good for last minute. Business preparation. But it was an ok fit due to no availability of other hotels
Clean rooms, very quiet and very good for the money.
