So I'm riding my bike to NYC and this hotel was positioned perfect on the route. It was a bit pricey for my liking but was so nice... Anita on the front desk is a jewel and met every need, including a random comment I wish rooms had coasters... bingo I had one! The bar was nice too and the staff friendly. My one complaint was my room was in the side where a train or something runs every couple of hours. Still, it was clean, comfortable, and nice! I'd stay again!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel was very clean and room was nice. Some thing could use a little updating, but overall a good clean place to stay for a great price.

Frustrated

We travel to Cherry Hill on occasion to visit family in the area. Our hotel of choice has been the Holiday Inn due the location to family and proximity to Philadelphia. The hotel stay in past years was always pleasant, so we gave a rating in accordance with the accommodations. We have been here 2 times in 2025, and the same issue has surfaced. The first time, our room was not cleaned from the previous visitor. This time, we did not have our room cleaned or fresh towels provided during our 3 days stay. In truth, it is a nice hotel with a professional staff. We always receive an apology along with an effort to make it right. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect within the operation because the promise to clean the room goes unfulfilled and the front desk clerk sheepishly shrugs to our mild request. We received a compensatory one day free, but we have never received an explanation for why it happens. This is sad because they have so much to offer within the facility and outside due to the location. I hope they correct this matter because we would like to give them one more try before finding another nearby hotel.

Nice Holiday Inn

It was quiet except we could hear someone singing in the shower through the vent in our bathroom. It wad clean but there was some sort of water stain under the sink on the floor. The blankets are sort of skimpy but I always bring an extra when I travel. The room did not have a microwave and the mini-fridge didn't have a freezer to keep our travel ice packs frozen. Also, if you book a room that is listed for four people and make your reservation for 3 people, the room should come with more than 2 sets if towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more.

Staff was very friendly from check in to staying to check out. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for my trip back home. It is located in perfect location to get back and forth to various areas within South Jersey and over to Philadelphia as well. It is also close to shopping which is located on the old Garden State Racetrack location.
