I spoke to rhe hotel in the morning as I wanted to check in early. When we got to the hotel at the appointed time, we were told the elevator was out of serviceand we would gave to use the stairs. I am a 60 year old disabled veteran , but I can walk. I did not expect to have to walk up three flights if stairs

Elevators not working and We could not even watch tv as when we went in the room there was no cable and the property knew it when we checked in and did not say anything. We checked in about 2:30pm and all they kept saying is that Direct Tv was working on it and we still did not have Tv or internet the whole time we were there . The next day still no Cable or internet. Not a cable Company anywhere on the property to fix the issue
