nice, clean but staff barely speaks english but were friendly BUT the breakfast/dining staff was horrible and nasty!! Dont pass up the hotel due to this; just eat elsewhere

Stayed 2 nights and it was very good. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I Wish I had time to stay longer, great room, great staff. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms was clean and modern. Will most definitely stay there again when I'm traveling to philly.

Great for families. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The hotel was clean with the exception of a few stray hairs found in the bathtub which bothered me. It had a nice restaurant/bar that had happy hour every week day . The beers were just $2.00.There was no breakfast included but the restaurant offered a wide array of breakfast meals at reasonable prices. There were also lots of restaurants close to the hotel to dine at as well. The best thing about the hotel was its easy access to the Historic Philadelphia District using the PATCO train which was just a short drive from the hotel and very easy to use. Parking is free at the hotel as well so the only cost traveling to Philly was the $5.62 charge for the train (round trip).

Everything was GREAT!!! My minor issue was the business center...The only thing you can do is surf the internet. I was trying to upload pics off my camera and it wasn't allowed..they blocked access to everything.

I enjoyed my trip everything was good besides a dirty rag left in the room in my breakfast was late so about time we got it the food was cold then we had to send it back twice cause they brought the wrong meal in one of the meals we couldnt even open to even get to the food besides that everything else was great

We have stayed here several times and continue to frequent this friendly hotel. The staff is great, the food has been yummy and it's close to many stores and restaurants.

Nice in every way inside my room shower new and spotless. Pretzels and popcorn came in handy when I overslept for meeting. The ONLY thing that teally made me feel creepy was that about 6 rooms from my room was a door that looked to be in quarantine. The door was taped at the bottom with blue tape with powder sprinkled on it and a white towel on the floor next to it. Bedbug quarantine? I was there three days and it was there the same and made me move a little faster walking by that in the narrow hall. A note from management on door might have eased the creepy feeling. Maybe not. Perhaps a count down of quarantine ? I don't know why I didn't request to be moved it was a big hotel...I was only there to sleep...I guess every night I passed it I was just too tired to put in the effort. I was on 5th floor a female alone...it was creepy in the hall seeing that...but my room and entire hotel appeared spotless. Maybe some kind of more professional looking quarantine method would have put me at ease. The blue tape with some kind of white powder sprinkled on it suggested the bugs could escape....really made me uneasy. I dont think I could recommend this hotel...sorry.

The location is great, unless you have to turn left out of the hotel to get to the highway. There is a shopping center directly across with great food and a Wegman's, which is a plus, and a restaurant attached with great BBQ.

Location worked out great for us from a wedding we attended in Collingswood, NJ. Room was very nice although we didn't use the facility at all because of the wedding.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel with my family!!

very pleasant staff and accomodations. Would highly recommend it.

Decent place with a really nice room. Room was spacious and comfortable with good bed. Hotel common area is very dated. Does not have free breakfast, unlike many direct competitors in the area. Hotel should tell you how to exit hotel by car - it is confusing.

This was a midway stop for our family vacation. It was a great location with nice staff. The only disadvantage is that many of the complimentary personal items (I.e. Toothbrush) were not offered.

No one said anything as I walked through the doors. I stood there for a few seconds and said hello to the woman at the counter before she said hello in return. The carpet in the room was stained with something red, the bed was hard, we could hear people talking & the next morning someone was arguing with a staff member outside the window and the TV remote did not work. :-(

This Holiday Inn is in an excellent location. The facility itself appears to have deferred maintenance which should not be allowed to worsen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, nice staff, great location. I would stay there again for sure.

rowdy crowd - not cut off at bar and parties. Lead to smoking in the Hallways, a fire alarm, police presence and a cold nite outside the hotel. A lame printed apology will not cover the worst hotel stay I have had in years. I got a free breakfast for my troubles and the service and food kept the theme going. I am going to complain to the New Jersey Liqour Control Board. Wost run Holidayt Inn in my menory...

The hotel is quite dirty. The common areas are well tended but our room vents were disgusting, the furniture torn with stuffing coming out and a ripped carpet. Never again, will we use Holiday Inn. The lobby was full of a rough crowd attending some type of seminar that had the reception table demanding they pay for the class. Awkward to walk through. The bikes in the gym were not working and over warn, the pool was cute though. The 'business center' consisted of 2 10 year old Dells in the lobby. with a printer. Just an awful experience. I actually felt bad for the overly nice staff- even they deserved better.
