-The hotel staff were extremely kind & helpful. I appreciated them answering all my questions and addressing all concerns that came up. -The room itself was nice, spacious and the bed was comfortable. -The bathroom had a weird smell and the vent really didn't help to take away that smell. -There was stains on the wall, some of the towels I received had stains on them, and the pots and pans needed to be replaced. Some of them are old.

Two sets of locked doors made me feel safe. The hotel is off a side street as well, so there wasn’t much traffic. It was driving distance from restaurants and stores. Only negatives we had were that the floor could’ve been mopped better. We used a swiffer and cleaned it ourselves. People in other rooms were microwaving food that shouldn’t be microwaved, and the smell carried.

It wasn't what I expected at first. I felt it was a sterile environment with the bare essentials. Then it grew on me. The water is hot for a shower, nice towels. The mattress is very comfortable. I've never seen beds like that in a hotel; they are high cots. I do like the bedspreads because they are easy to clean, not like a thick comforter, so I know they are replaced each visit. The property is clean with close parking. I like that there is no carpeting, so it's more sanitary for cleaning. Basic but comfortable.
