Staff was great until we got to the breakfast area, there was an older lady with a rude attitude toward my guests and that make me feel awkward. First room we got had a strong marihuana smell, and that is not good for your scores.

Staff ignored me while they continued to work and stated they were busy when I asked to check in. I had to wait for the lady to finish working and check her personal phone before saying “I need you ID”. I was never greeted. I felt like a bother rather than a guest. Rudest check in experience I’ve ever had!

This was a very scary place. Two rooms down there was somebody smoking crack outside of their room. And then when I went into mine, there was a dirty Band-Aid hanging off the eye peep hole on the door.
