The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Corey, dude was a life saver. I will stay there next time I am in town for sure. The location is good but make sure you remember that it's New Jersey, which means if you want to go left, you have to go right.

The Cherry Hill Residence Inn by Marriott is an older style Residence Inn. The suites are very well equipped and extreme clean. The staff is very accommodating, Decent breakfast. We would stay their again.

This is my response to the managers welcome email, have heard nothing back. Thank you for reaching out. I stayed in room 813 last night, checking out this morning. I was very disappointed in the basic cleanliness of my room. I am a easy going person who typically spends close to 60 night a year in hotels across the country. I have the simplest of expectation during my stays and that is that my room be clean according to basic housekeeping principles. In the past 4 years I have never had an experience that I would not rate a 8 or higher between all the different brands and properties I have stayed at. I do understand the difference between a old and tired establishment, a Fairfield Inn compared to a Ritz Carlton, and what is not acceptable in regards to basic room cleanliness. I checked in to your facility around 3:30 yesterday afternoon and proceed to change my clothes real quick as I had an event that started at 4pm in Cherry Hill. I returned around 2am from my event to my room and started to take notice how disgusting the room actually was. I was tired and the weather was nasty outside so I forged ahead to just suck it up and go to bed instead of packing lugging my stuff to the from desk, going through the trouble to get another room if even available. Below are the basic housekeeping issues that I encountered and found totally unacceptable for a Marriott property. Long black ladies hair on nightstand next to bed. Dirty and dust telephone on nightstand next to where my head would be laying. Dried old toothpaste by bathroom faucet. Multiple and different sizes and color of hair in and around the bath tub. (I was so disgusted by this that I checked out and didn't bother to shower) Food particles on floor by fridge. Thick dust and dirt along the floor edges by vanity.

This was my second stay, and much like the first. Good location for access to major roads (that I needed) and good room sizes for the price. The kitchenette was only minimally equipped (dishwasher, plates, glasses), so make sure to bring your bottled water, etc. That said, you could definitely cook a meal with the provided appliances. i didn't use it, but there is some access available to a racquet club across the street. The breakfast was of good quality and the dining room was clean.

Residence Inns are generally decent properties. Not stellar, but decent. This one has not been (and is not being) maintained. Leaking faucets, visibly dirty linens, pet hair (and we aren't traveling with any!), rust, excessive wear. Needs an update and needs to be maintained!

We stayed here for two nights on a family trip. It's across the river in New Jersey, but a relatively quick drive to Philadelphia (20 minutes or so). The hotel location is not great - you are right next to a highway, but getting from said highway to the hotel requires lots of driving around in circles. The room configuration was very nice - we had 2 queens and a sofa bed, including 2 full baths. The master has privacy with doors and a private bath, and the other queen was upstairs in a loft area which also provided some privacy. The room also had a full kitchen, including full-sized freezer/fridge and oven. The room was fairly run down. One of the hinges on the door to the master area was broken, the desk chair was stuck in the lowest position (you could raise it, but then it just slowly sank back down) and the carpets and walls showed signs of wear. That said, it was clean, just be aware that it isn't fancy. The rooms are in separate buildings, which is nice for easy access to a car, but means there's a bit of a walk in the morning to the main building for breakfast. One other inconvenience was the Wifi policy, which allows only 3 connections per room - a little frustrating when we've paid for a room that sleeps 6. Even worse, once a couple kids connected and I needed to connect my laptop, it says have them log off and connect a new device. That would have been fine, but it didn't work. We disconnected every device, and still it said the limit had been reached. I had to walk to the main building, be told that they can't help, be given a toll-free number for tech support somewhere, and eventually after having to go to a supervisor, they disconnected all devices and I could add the laptop. Quite a hassle, and I'm not really clear why the need to limit devices - if anything they should be limiting a room's bandwidth.

This Residence Inn was clean, convenient and best of all has a great staff. It has outside doors to the rooms so no long hallway walks. Full size drip coffee pot, my favorite, and close to restaurants and shopping. . I was contacted after my stay to see if everything was ok, even though I had no complaints. I'd stay again.

We were there during the 4th of the July holiday. When we first arrived I called the front because the downstairs bathroom shower curtain and liner had mold all over it. There was no way this could have been cleaned and no one noticed. I was told it would be changed the following morning. The following morning, nothing. I called again the following early evening and someone came right over to change the liner but said they didn't have anymore clean curtains to give me at the moment. YUCK! This same evening the same bathroom tub was now clogged somehow and the water would barely drain. We could not use it. The following day when once we returned to the room there were ants all over the kitchen and breakfast table. We didn't even eat or have any food in the entire room. We ate out the entire stay so I don't even know where they came from but it was very disgusting. I was not impressed at all. The hotel was made aware of all of this and I was offered an apology and to let them know if I come there again so they can make sure we get top treatment. No thanks! I will NEVER be back to that one!

The residence inn hotel. Was great. The rooms were really big. And in a really nice location loved it. and nice journey to the room to I recommend this hotel if your on business or a family vacation. Great hotel.

The dining area in the clubhouse has been remodeled. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are another story. This property is one of the original footprints from the 1990's. There is a reason their website does not say when the rooms were last renovated. Housekeeping was poor. They did not vacuum while i stayed there nor did they clean very well. I am a lifetime platinum member and it hurts me to say this, but i do not recommend this property. There are other choices in the area. Sorry Marriott :-(
