There was no customer service . Due to covid 19 i understand the situation but there were no towels . polices weren't explained. Room service, dinning nothing

My stay was very good the room was clean and the staff was nice only thing is I wish the pool was open but I understand why it’s not.

Very big and spacious and staff was courteous and friendly.. But our room had floor lamp with cracked plastic shade and the power strip built into furniture did not have all outlets working.

Commode made screaching noise when flushed, tub drain stopped up, shower faucet too hard to turn on, floor needed vacuuming.

The toilet in my room ran the entire time, I reported it to the front desk, they sent up someone to fix the problem stopped running until I used the toilet again. Reported again, was told they sent someone to fix. Reported it a third time, was told if they did not resolve issue would move me. Issue still not resolved, time to check out. Spoke to front desk about the toilet issue, asked for refund was told they could not help me because I booked through Orbitz. Told me to contact you, and they would be happy to confirm that they did not resolve my bathroom issues.

The room needs to be updated. Overall a great stay

Booked a double with a view of the river for the crew regatta and got switched to a king with no notice. Needed the double and got one without a view. Very disappointing.

We booked our hotel for the Monster Mania Convention. The convention was oversold and we were told that we could not come back in the building. As a paying customer at the hotel this is ridiculous and was never ever offered a refund.

The Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Cherry Hill is a desperate need for an overhaul. Carpet is five years past its prime, (room 807) shower shut off was broken, HVAC fan rattled all night, both the blanket and sheets had stains on them, sheets had little rips, light on the bed did not work. When checking in at 3pm, another guest wanted to pay for a bottled beverage - he was told the coffee area where he got it was closed and instructed to go to the bar. Went down to the coffee area at 6:30am - it was roped off and the attendant was just arriving. The hotel is stated to be 4 stars - maybe it was 25 years ago but in its current state it is 2 at best. Ownership has clearly has let this hotel slide and doesn't care - which in turn has an effect on the staff - "broken windows syndrome".
