Our cleaning staff will sanitize the entire beach house including frequently used surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, etc. We will also provide guests with hand sanitizer and/or alcohol (based on availability). Beach house info: 2 Bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, near the beach and Morro Strand in in the beautiful town of Morro Bay Ca. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and a local grocery store for your convenience. A two car garage is also available. Morro Bay has many activities to offer: wine tasting, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, surfing, museums, brunch and dinner cruising, golf, tennis, hiking and more. It is the perfect coastal get away and a short drive to the surrounding coastal towns of Pismo, Cayucos and Avila Beach. To make your stay more enjoyable we offer boogie boards, beach cruiser bicycles, and Adirondack chairs for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from our local wineries. After a busy day at the beach, come home to enjoy board games or Netflix, movies, etc.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed. There is an adjoining half bathroom with sink & toilet. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed; both bedrooms are tastefully decorated.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a lovely stay in the beach cottage. It’s cozy and charming with easy access to the market and if you’re into pickleball, Delmar Park is very close and great people to play with. Weather was perfect, beach close by.

This house is totally charming with its beachy theme. All was clean and tidy. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessary tools, including condiments in the fridge. The living room furniture is quite comfortable as well. It has two bathrooms (one with shower/tub) which is very nice for non related adults. The host was very responsive about any Qs we had. Quiet neighborhood and private. Garage parking and long driveway for extra car. Conveniently located near Morro Bay, Montana de Oro, Cambria, and San Simeon. We enjoyed our stay so much that when we come back we would love to rent this house again!

Very musty smell. It took a few days for the smell to go away or we just got used to it. Wish we could have checked in a bit earlier than 4pm. Host response time could have been better. Wind was making the kitchen exhaust fan make loud noise flapping. TV had an awful AI voice we couldn’t change. It was not pleasant.

Very welcoming home, perfect for what we were looking for. It would have been nice to have an outdoor place to sit and relax such as a firepit and comfortable chairs, a barbecue would have been nice. The water pressure was pretty low & Televisions in the bedrooms would have been nice for when you go to bed to wind down. Overall it was a great place. The host made it very easy to locate anything we needed.

This was the perfect cottage for a nice beach getaway. It is cute and comfortable with a ton of amenities. We especially appreciated the ice chest and cold packs for taking picnics and food for the kids. We hope to use it again!

This house was just what we were looking for for a week of bicycling in Morro Bay. There was plenty of car parking in the driveway and garage. We were able to store our bikes in the garage. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. There was a grocery store within walking distance. The host was helpful and responded promptly to communication.

The cottage is located on a hill above Morro Bay. It was perfect for our vacation week. Parking in driveway or garage. The kitchen is well equipped for all needs, but no BBQ. Very nice neighborhood with a market just around the corner. The beds are so very comfortable. There are beach bikes, wet suits and boogie boards to use. Also board games and Netflix, if you have time. All in all it was a great experience in Morro Bay.

This Beach Cottage was the perfect little place to stay. Great neighborhood and close to restaurants and a local market within walking distance. The bed was SUPER comfortable and standing fans were included in the bedrooms to keep it cool. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.Our host was prompt in answering any questions we had which is important when you are away from home. Great place to stay!!!

Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. The kitchen was also spacious and the living room cozy. The beds were comfortable and the house stayed warm while the outside was foggy and cool. Love that it came with a few games like Uno, Jenga, Guess Who and puzzles. The laundry room was a plus for washing our sandy beach items.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, cozy home in Morro Bay. The property was well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very responsive to questions. The location has easy access to town but is located on a quiet street away from the bustle. Easy walking distance to a great market, taco place and tap house.

We appreciated the cool weather since we live in Bakersfield. The only item I wish to bring to your attention is, and it is minor having to do with bedroom pillows, they should be protected with a zippered cover and another pillow cover. This would be more sanitary. Otherwise we enjoyed the amenities.
