Staff new my name , and were very friendly and helpful

Very top clean hotel, friendly staff and in the middle of the downtown. Many attractions around!

very nice staff and great location...... very helpful

Location is perfect. Waking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Convenient and very clean hotel. Staff were cordial.

My wife and I visited Montreal for the first time and decided to stay at the Loews (first time at a Loews Hotel as well). It was a great trip. The hotel is amazing, a true 4-5 star property! The staff was top notch and the service was excellent. Solid points for room size (bath room is the size of some hotel rooms), cleanliness, comfort, downtown location, etc. The only negative was that there was construction across the street. Which wasn't a problem until Monday morning when work started up again. That's not the hotels fault though. Will definitely stay here again!

What a great hotel. Fantastic staff. Check in was fast and easy. The rooms were huge. Bathrooms were also very big and quite nice. Comfortable beds. The location was great, close to good restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a nice part of the city. Easy walk to the convention center. Would certainly stay there again.

Delightful experience. Beautiful hotel with everything we needed or wanted. Excellent location within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and not too far from the Montreal Convention Center to walk there. Nice and attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location if you're looking for a hotel near Mont Royal, McGill College, and shopping. Staff is friendly and rooms are very comfortable. A nice feature is the espresso/latte machine located in the lobby. If you're looking for a feel of the Old Montreal, you're better off staying closer to the old part of the city. Overall, the hotel is a safe, sensible, and solid choice for first time visitors to the city and for those who are looking for streamlined luxury. I would recommend this hotel.

Well located in Montreal's Golden Mile, Loews Vogue Hotel has some very nice offerings. Large, tastefully appointed rooms, excellent room service food and service, a polite and friendly staff. But Lowes positions itself as a high-end property and that's a bit off the mark. The room furniture was chipped and drawers and doors to both cabinetry and closets were difficult to close without a jiggle or two. The hot water tap at the bathroom sink required monster-truck torque to turn and the noise level filtering up from the street was of prison riot levels. So while I liked the hotel overall, I think that for $200+ per night it should achieve more.

Location is perfect. Right off St. Catherine's St. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Free coffee in lobby. Free but small gym. WiFi in room costs $15.

not a better location in Montreal, close to everything downtown. WiFI very expensive and no on site restaurant. Staff was the best, called by name and no detail overlooked.

The staff at Loews Hotel Vogue make a great hotel into a wonderful place to stay. Fast check in, great service to the room, an informed concierge, and very polite doorman and bellmen.

This is a great full service hotel! The staff are fluent in English and French which was great for me as an American speaking only English. The room was s-p-a-c-i-o-u-s and comfortable. The cable television was standard (not hi definition) which was apparent from up close - but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. It had both a whirlpool bathtub and a large glass tiled shower. I didn't have drinks or dinner in the hotel, but it looked very nice. If I was traveling on business or with family I would not hesitate to stay here.

Great place to stay for a hockey game at the belle centre

Wife and I spent, 30 yrs old, spent 3 nights at the Vogue. The hotel staff provided exceptional service. Always referred to as Mr. and Mrs. so-and-so. Very helpful with suggestions or info about the city depending on your interests. Oh- and they will exchange money for you at the front desk. Business center next to check-in desk had two high-speed desktop Dell computers hooked up to a laser-jet printer and they worked great. On your way in or out, you can check email, browse information on sites you are about to see, etc. - very convenient! had apples, lemonade, tea always out. The fireplace sitting area off to the side of the main lobby was very relaxing. The fireplace was putting out some heat! great to sit for a minute and gather your thoughts, read a magazine, etc. Excellent hotel security- had to swipe your room key in the elevator for it to work. The room- I read a lot of reviews and we were slightly disappointed with the room. The photo online does depict the room correctly, but the carpeting needed replacing, lighting was not very good, and you I could here the garbage trucks every now and again behind the hotel. But besides those shortfalls, the room was great. The marble bathroom was lovely and the jetted deep soaker tub was GREAT! Expecially with the flat panel TV and remote control IN THE BATHROOM! OH- AND THE BED - OUTSTANDING! After a long day, we could not wait to get back into that nice big comfortable down king bed! We went skiing at Mont Blanc, worth the hour drive if you are into skiing. Montreal Casino was 4 small floors, but packed on a Saturday and plenty of tables and slots. Location of hotel was off St. Catherine street which is the MAIN strip of (new) Montreal. Walk one block to Crescent Street and there is everything you could want (restaurants, bars, action...) Obviously, there is fine cuisine all over, but for those interested in a regular meal, walk on block to Dundees. Great atmosphere -restaurant (reminded me a bit like a Chili's). Montreal is just a great city, it was like a mini NYC and we can't wait to go back. For great insight into the history of the city, be sure to visit the The Musée d'archéologie et d'histoire de Montreal - Pointe-á- Calliére.. it has a great short video on the history of Montreal and the underground maze of its foundation of the original building on the site where montreal was founded was a site to see.

Love the location and the direct access to downtown. Very nice valet service for the car.
