Odd setup in room. No trashcan anywhere. No outlets near the bed, had to move the entire bed to access an outlet. Beds were "OK", a little lumpy. OK as a budget hotel, not quite what i expected when I booked.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s so close to all the shops and restaurants and metro stations. It’s also right on the 747 bus route to the airport for extra convenience. The hotel itself if clean, nicely decorated and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I would go back again.

This hotel was in the heart of the downtown Montreal, which is very convenient. Public transit was near by. Service from the staff was nice and they were fluent in both english and french. Room itself had some cosmetic damage but everything in the room was functional.

Checking in took a lot longer then expected; however, no fault to the staff as they stated they were understaffed that day. They offered to check our bags so we could go explore until our room was ready which was nice. The room was decent, not the cleanest at first; however, when the cleaning staff came during the week she did a great job. The hotel is in a bit of a rough area but we had no issues, also close to all kinds of great places to eat, drink and explore. I would recommend this place as we had no issues. It was a pleasant stay over all.
