Property is located 4.5 miles north of Montoursville via route 87N. Travel time to downtown Williamsport and Little league just 15 minutes/7.5 miles.Apartment, pool area and any part of the yard. No smoking of any type permitted indoors at this property. An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if guest do not follow this policy. smoking out doors is permitted please be respectful of the property if smoking outdoors.
