Room the floor in room totally tore up. Box Springs was filthy was afraid of bed bugs. Big piece of metal sticking out of side of bed. My leg hit it. Furniture looks like it came from a dumb. Staff didn't understand English very well. It all was terrible.

I never even got to see a room!! I reserved & paid for my room online as I usually do and finally got there to check in around 7pm extremely tired from working in the heat all day and SO Ready for a shower and relax the but was told, after he checked my Driver's license, which was only expired, not revoked or suspended, that he couldn't check me in there so I was like ok well I've already paid online so just give my mo ey back please and I will stay at the Rest Inn. But he refused, said he would have to get the managers approval, and yet didn't seem to need managers approval to make such an important decision to turn business away whom already paid then won't give their mo money back

The management was very hostile & inhospitable. The property was in disrepair & uncomfortable. Be sure you bring cash if you decide to stay, because they will not let you go in until you give them a cash security deposit. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had

The whole check in process was hard. **WARNING: YOU MUST PAY A $40 CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK IN!!** The room was freezing when we went in. When we turned to air up to warmer setting the room started to sweat. The floor was soaked by morning. The humidity was worse inside than it was outside. It made everything in the room damp. The shower had mild. You get what you pay for if you like being damp all night.

The tub was filthy and so were the walls, the door knob looked like someone had previously tried to break in the room. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall, who knows how long it had been there. The curtain was barely hanging on the slider and there were stains on the bedspread.
