Staff were good & friendly. Bedsheet had stains, Refrigerator stinks, Sink clogged. Don’t think bedsheets & pillow blankets gets changed after guests departs. Management needs to take cleanliness seriously. Breakfast was terrible, needs a lot of improvement.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. The staff was excellent. The room was nice. I appreciated the staff giving me a room on the 1st floor. I didn't like the fact, that there was a (refundable) deposit of $50. It's not mentioned anywhere. This should have been more transparent. I wouldn't have chosen this location, had I known in advance. Although the room was nice, it could have been cleaned better. Especially the bathroom. There was blood all around the bottom of the toilet. I didn't notice it until I was taking a bath. I would have taken pictures, but it was disgusting. I ended up cleaning it myself. Everything else was nice.
