The Hotel is very old. There were paint chips in the window sill that looked like they have been there for a long time. You can hear a lot of outside noises including a train that seemed to have run all night long and kept us awake. The pillows were like a plastic crunchy type pillow and not comfortable at all. There was no place to sit other than on the bed. There was not even a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. I go to this area a lot for shows at the MPAC but I will never stay here again. When we arrived there was no place to park in front of the hotel. I had to park my truck in a crosswalk near the front entrance of the hotel and was worried about getting a ticket. There was one valet parker on duty when we arrived, cars were backed up. When we went down for breakfast at about the midway point of their serving time most items (eggs, sausgae, etc) were all gone.

Awesome hotel in walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We walked to dinner at Central and it was perfect. The only downside is that we had to find our own free parking and because we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night, that meant the closet free parking spot was about 3 blocks away.

It's cool no hot water doe but the let me stay for free cuz of no hot water so im happy with that

The hotel was very beautiful but the staff was less than helpful and the ac was not work and there was very little hot water!!!!

Everything was great. The location is outstanding. The room selection was superior and the hot breakfast was delicious!

Close proximity to venues for meetings and visits.

Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Older building needs a little updating.

Liked the proximity to the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre, lots of nearby restaurant choices. Very nice breakfast buffet. No dislikes at all.

The hotel was nice and centrally located however the room was not ready at check in and the rooms were freezing.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. They do an excellent job at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Montgomery-Downtown.
