Beautiful hotel with great view of the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Charged twelve dollars a day to self park in parking garage long walk to room, parking and breakfast should have been included for the price .Room was small, no way to watch TV unless you were on the bed .They offered room service for a fee but no place to eat, one chair in room facing away from TV moved the desk chair between the bed and the wall to sit and watch TV but still uncomfortable. room service consisted of a knock on the door and us giving them are wet towels and waste baskets to be emptied.

Unfriendly at check in. Paid more for bigger room only to becstuck in an ADA room by ice machine and elevators. Glad when I left.

Awesome!! It was really nice. We didn't check in until after midnight but there was no problem at all. The people at the desk were very nice.

The hotel is beautiful, and is the center of activity in the downtown area. Looking forward to staying there for my next visit to Montgomery!

Overnight stay while on business. Very friendly staff.

We were on the ninth floor we had to run our bathtub and our sink to be able to get hot water to our shower

The hotel was awesome and the staff was great!! It was located in downtown so close to everything. The only problem we had was finding the pool. You had to go down this elevator the up this one then out some doors then tadaa!!! But other the that great place to stay

For a last minute trip the price was right. The staff was very helpful and the room was really nice and clean. The view of the harbor was also a very nice touch to wake up to.

Clean beautiful rooms and a great staff! The location was perfect and Wentzels Oyster House was next door.

I was a little lost with the confusing directions on how to get from the parking deck to the main lobby, however once I found where I was going I was met with friendly and welcoming people at the front desk. Each time I called the desk, and everywhere I went, I was answered with friendly voices and people happy to help with anything I needed.

Beautiful hotel with most congenial staff. Great location. Good breakfast.

Employees were very upbeat and courteous from bell staff to reception desk.. Only problem to an otherwise perfect hotel is parking.

Once we located the very nice pool, which requires quite a trek across the hotel over to the parking garage and up elevator to eighth floor, we had two very relaxing afternoons. Not convenient getting to pool/spa at all. Had wonderful terry cloth lounge covers available with the nice pool towels the first day we arrived but none were supplied for our second day. Would have appreciated having the terry cloth covers available both days. Breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and all the food was cold. Very disappointing.

It was very nice and clean and location was perfect.

This place is a major conference center in a state capitol. The facility is first rate in all respects. The restaurant food was excellent, albeit pricey. The room was plush and very clean. Expect long walks to get from one place to another inside.... it's a Big Time Hotel.

I was worried because of some of the reviews I read. It was overall a good hotel. Everybody on staff was very friendl, and was worrying about taking care of all of our needs. Don't be scared to stay here.

It was amazing! Very luxurious, beautiful decor inside, peaceful environment.

This is a great hotel...located in the downtown area of Montgomery. We booked a king room and when we got there told them we were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to the river view which was great...the pool was beautiful on the roof...i enjoyed it and planning to stay there again.

Very relaxing and quick check in and out! Thanks!!
