There is no unique in this property. Whwt you need is new managemen that can clean instead of sitting waiting for customer to check in. Whe whole inside the hotel terrible? Stinks dirty management should check the overall hotel. Cleanliness is the biggest problem. You charge us too high and your hotel dirty?

This hotel provided a convenient stay on the way to the beach. The room was more than adequate, and I liked that it was quiet. The area is safe, but there is almost nothing nearby. Don’t expect a good dinner at this exit. The breakfast was fine, and it is easy to get back on I65.

The room could have been cleaner, the floor had food on it. Looked like it was just pushed into a pile and never picked up. The wall by trash can was dirty and could tell there was no attempt to clean it. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked good.

One would think if you were going to pay almost $200 a night for a room, it would have open junction boxes in the ceiling, missing light covers, and a tub that leaked constantly.

Check in was fine but there was only two luggage carts for hotel so had to make several trips to car to bring things in over the next 45 min including a very heavy cooler. After that time, still no carts (had to be parked outside of someone’s room and staff needs to collect and bring down). For the high price, this was a very run down hotel. Toilet was broken and kept running constantly. Breakfast was ok at best.

They just need to do a few updates to the hotel.. I'm just so use to all the shower accessories in refillable containers right at your fingertips.. Updates to their air conditioner units ours was leaking water all over the carpet.. I was told they are aware of this because of the heat... The suite we had had double bed not queens so traveling with kids it was quite tight sleeping arrangement...

VERY disappointed with this hotel.

Filthy. Our rooms carpet was soaked, so we moved across the hall. Mirror cracked, torn up and stained bedding, filthy doors, all patio furniture by pool was broken and delapidated, breakfast was disgusting besides the waffles, no water pressure in the shower. Was like a water hose dribbling water out.

We liked the front desk attendant he was friendly and helpful. We did NOT appreciate the attitude of the breakfast attendant, she was rude to others in regards to other guest getting breakfast at 8:50am by taking food to the back kitchen as they were still placing food on their plates. She also had another attendant come out and gather items with her. This was all before the end time of the breakfast schedule. All the while she was glaring and giving mean looks.
