Staff was very nice. Particularly the front desk. Room: bathroom was a bit rough. Some floor tiles were loose and coming up. Everything seemed like it was recently caulked but the job was done hastily. Shower rod fell down due to a missing screw. I found it and put it back together. The ac unit didnt seem to work. It was cold out so not a huge deal but it did get stuffy at night. The unit looked as if it had melted the vents. Was honestly a bit scary. A few beetle type bugs at the roof line. It’s the south though and keeping everything out is tough. We were on the road side and it was pretty loud. Neighborhood is a bit rough lots of cars with base pumping. Im not sure I would stay at this location again personally. Have had better experiences at other locations though.

The hotel and room was very cleaned, the room was very comfortable and meet our needs. We didn’t stay to eat breakfast, so that we could continue our road trip.

The air was fine, smoke holes in the chairs, room was spacious, couldn't get out the bed, due the air conditioner right bedside the bed. For the price, the room could have been much better. Did see bugs crawling and made staff aware as well. The chair at ghe table was very dirty also

If all you want to do is sleep, it’s OK. Small rooms, a reasonably bare bones place. One chair in the room, I don’t plan to return.

NO ELEVATOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!OUT FOR OVER A MONTH NOW

I was told that our room was on the 2cd floor but the elevator had been out for over a month. I ask why this was not disclosed to your website or the future guests and they said well we are having a hard time getting it fixed. I have a lung condition (COPD) and having to climb 2 sets of stairs was not easy. I asked for a different room and they only had a king room and there were 3 people in our party. I asked for a roll away and they said they didn't have one. However they did fail to mention that the couch was a hideabed. I won't be staying there again. The room smelled like old pot and smoke. Thanks but no thanks. !!
