Hotel Done Right

Loved the room. Spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Decor and lighting were admirable. Little things like garment hooks in the bathroom make a difference with us. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Serinthea. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Nice employees but rough looking shower and bathro

Very nice and helpful employees. The bathroom needs a serious updating as it is pretty beat up. Aand gives a sense of uncleanliness. Also has a way too small shower curtain that allows water to go all over the floor.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Even though I booked a month in advance, they weren’t able to provide me with the room I booked, but that turned out to be the least of my concerns. The rooms were in disrepair, a cabinet door that wasn’t secured to the tv stand fell on my one year old granddaughter’s foot. The pool was open, but murky and couldn’t see to the bottom. We stayed four nights and never received any new towels. Garbage sat outside our doors for more than 36 hours, despite multiple requests to have it removed. On our last trip down to the front desk to request the trash removal, the front desk staff was sitting in the breakfast area with one of the housekeeping staff…both playing on their phones. We left about 20 hours later and the garbage was still sitting in the hallway. The air conditioner only worked in living room area and bedroom area was hot. The trash outside was also piled up, overflowing out of the trash can.I could go on and on, but bottom line…10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, think twice before booking.

Better Customer Service Need

I did a digital check-in prior to arriving. When I arrived after 3:00 pm, my room was not ready, then I was told that I did not reserve an accessible suite. I assured them that I did and offer to show them my reservation, but they did not have an accessible suite available. I had my 91-year-old mother with and need a roll-in shower. They said they would put a shower chair in the room, but when I returned later that night no show chair to be found. Also, there was no clean sheets in the suite for the queen sofa bed. I had to call for clean sheets. The sofa bed mattress was very worn, was not comfortable, and need to be replaced.

There was a roach at breakfast when we went on the couch we sat on and the rooms the outlet was falling apart it wasnt the best room some of the conditions were not the greatest.

Room was good and clean. Only issue was AC unit was so loud when running, I had to turn it off just to sleep. Also, fridge made knocking noises every 30 mins or so, thought someone was at the door.

All of the staff that you encounter are are friendly, courteous, and take pride in the property. Our suite was exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Montgomery. Also, management was always super helpful.
