Staff was friendly. Hotel was old and in poor condition. Used q-tip on the nightstand and hair dryer cord lying in the floor. Mirror was cracked. Very few options for delivery without using a service and they didn't actually deliver the food.

My wife and I had the absolute most fantastic time at this hotel! It is very nice and clean. The hotel staff is truely very nice and helpful. There was one staff in particular Christine. She gave my wife life! She was pleasant and displayed true southern hospitality! The breakfast option was great and plentiful. We enjoyed the exercise room and indoor pool. I could go on and on about my experience. All in all this hotel being rated 2 stars is totally unjust. Will definitely be back in a few months!
The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! Friendly service, even though we arrived at 11:30 at night, and excellent amenities that I didn't have enough time to enjoy. We did not have an iron in our room, which seemed odd to have missing, I was always under the impression it was a standard in hotels. Other than the iron, there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. If I ever need to stay in Montgomery again, I'll be staying here!
