It's okay. Price was the prevailing factor in this choice. Music is clearly bleeding in from the next room but not so loud it will keep me awake. I'm not expecting a stunning breakfast but that would be a pleasant surprise if it happens. Otherwise I am out the door and heading to Hardees.
AVOID this property. I had a reservation, I had already paid for the room (showed proof of both), but they couldn’t ‘find’ my reservation. I had to call orbitz several times (because the front desk AND the manager would not do anything), Orbitz resent the confirmation, but the manager would still NOT give me a room. The manager was not kind and not willing to find a solution. First, he was very hard to reach (30 min trying to find him by phone/not responding, perhaps hiding) then another 10 min of him yelling at me on the phone that he doesn’t have my reservation (not sure how he could check since he was not in the office), more yelling at me on the phone, and basically kicking me out. Again, I had a reservation and I had already paid for the room. I suggested a solution, but he was not interested in listening nor in understanding what the problem was (or solving it). He was very rude. He kicked me out, on the street, at 6 pm, truly not caring. I asked for my money back, but was told that the room fare (it was for two nights) was ‘non refundable’. WHAT? I was there, I was not given a room, and I cannot get my money back because it’s ‘non refundable’? No logic, no service, and the 'manager' is an incompetent person, unwilling to find a solution, who needs to learn some empathy and basic problem solving skills. Perhaps, they have a little scheme: offer nonrefundable fares, take the money, and no room.

When I drove up to the property, I was concerned because they were undergoing some major renovations. The first floor was completely covered up. I was surprised to find our room quiet and completely new/clean. It was a pleasant stay and everyone was helpful.
Checked in at night. Did not realize property was under construction. Very hard to find parking becase entrance was closed off and equipment everywhere. When we left dry wall screws were all over parking area. We are hoping none will damage our tires.
Worst customer service ever. Apparently Radisson has no regard for long term customers. I will never stay at their properties again.
Nice clean rooms and the whole property was pretty nice and clean. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.
Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for the price. Easy check-in and a nice, clean, and comfortable room. I will stay in again when in the Montgomery area.

This was a nice, last minute choice. The room was clean and the ice machine was conveniently located on my floor. Nice.
The hotel was comfortable and welcoming after driving all day long. I was most impressed by them the next morning at breakfast. Hotel staff greeted us warmly as we gathered breakfast. There were a few kids in the dining area that I eventually realized belonged to staff. As it was a holiday and no school, I thought it was a nice touch to allow staff children to come in and have breakfast to keep the parents available to work. Class act.
