Staff was very friendly. We booked a king room, but was told when we arrived they sold the last one before our arrival, even tho we put check in time in our reservation. We were then placed in a downgraded queen room with no compensation. The room had hair in the bathroom and dirty places on the wall. Breakfast was ok.

The staff is very friendly and check in was very prompt. I have no complaints about the condition of the room as everything was very clean and the air-conditioning worked great. My only complaint is not about the hotel itself. However, I would suggest that the staff make note of the people who were in the room above me, that in future stays, they need to be placed on the bottom floor. They were extremely loud all night long until approximately 5 AM.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Cons: cleaner left her cup in the room, but no cups for us, had to go get some from breakfast area. New motel, but big design flaws. Faucet in wrong position so water flows all over the sink not into it and you can't get your hands under the water.(they were aware, all the sinks are like that, have to get new sinks) good size round hole on ceiling, partly covered with a square cover. Towel hooks located abt 2 ft off the floor. So really no good place to hang them. New decor looks like a kindergarten room. Numerical signs design on headboard and pads, bright primary colors, large clunky dowel hooks. Could be really good, fix the sink and put a towel rod in.

My MAIN issue is the fact that due to my LAST name being the same as another person who was supposed to check out a day prior to my checkout date caused a whole confusion. I took my wife out for her birthday while my teenage nephew stayed at the room. He called me saying a hotel staff told him we have to checkout asap. I called the hotel and kept getting put on hold, then the phone would hang up, so I had to keep calling. I provided confirmation info and reciepts and was still asked to wait 10 minutes. This is a no go as far as customer service. Other than this incident, everyone was nice and it's a great hotel.
