The customer service of staff was amazing ! However some of the outlets in the room don’t work unless a light was on . The bathroom sensor light kept coming off every 2-3 minutes while trying to shower.

Once we got settled into our room, it was fine. But we didn't realize that this is an extended stay facility with limited customer service. The first room we received hadn't been cleaned and had no towels or soap. The second was occupied. The third was fine, and clean. It's a great place if you want a fridge and stove--really great for the price in fact. I liked it once we got the right room, but it was disconcerting at first. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning even though there is no breakfast. A good value for what it is.

The service was non existent, overcharged my card 3 different times, smelled like marijuana all through the hotel. Cleaned and washed my bedding myself due to receiving a dirty bed when I arrived. Charged my card 100 for arriving 30 mins early when asked for a receipt the 100 dollar charge was labeled late fee.
