This is a no frills hotel. Just what we needed. And expected as stayed at this chain and location previously. Unfortunately it was late we unpacked THEN discovered TV was not functioning. We moved to a different room in AM. Staff was amazing.

Just not for us

Just an overnight stay for us. The room was clean and would be nice if you had to stay for awhile. Offered a kitchen and plenty of storage. For us, we had to go buy some mugs for tea/coffee, and ice because they don’t have ice machines. The one real downfall for us was the mattress. It felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Not sure we’d do it again for an overnight. Staff was friendly, and everything was clean!

Bed Bugs

I woke up Sunday and noticed bites on my legs. I called the hotel and multiple times and was finally able to reach someone that evening. Informed the desk clerk of the bites and texted her pictures. She said she would show the Manager on Monday and have her call me. The manager never called. I called Monday evening asking for an update and the clerk said the manager said there were no bugs. I asked why the manager didnt call me and she said she didnt know. She said she would have her call me. That should have been Tuesday. Well today I'm writing this review and still have not heard from the manager.

Only issues were transporting our luggage in and out through the manual doors that you need a card to open and no ice machine.

Needs attention to detail.

The location is great because its right off the highway surrounded by a good selection of restaurants to choose from. However, the room could have been a little cleaner. There was litter under the bed, which shows it wasn't swept properly and there were cobwebs with bug collecting.

Great location and very nice!

It was a very nice stay! We came in late after the lobby closed and used the phone to call (front desk) and the lovely lady answered, told her I was there to check in and she was there within a few minutes and checked us in! Gave us all the information we needed and we had a great night sleep! There is no breakfast, but get your own breakfast! They don’t HAVE to give you a free breakfast! Basically you get a hotel so you can sleep! If you’re on vacation go DO something! This is a great place to stay and a great value! If you have pets, it can be pricey tho on a deposit!

Go somewhere else.

The air conditioner left all of my clothes damp and the floor became wet. No icemachine, keys wont stay activated and they charge 10$ to reset them. Very noisy in the early hours. No breakfast, no pool, small gym. Very basic hotel.

Hotel is new so it is still clean, but it does smell badly. However that wasn’t the problem. Our power went out on the first night of our stay and they were unable to fix it and told us they’d have to call the power company. I told them we were checking out and they told me to wait because they’d send an electrician. I would like a refund. I had to get ready in the dark with my phone flashlight for an important event and then left before my stay was over because I had no power. I had to pay for an additional room elsewhere.

When checking in one door to go into lobby was broke and trash can outside was so full/smelled. When going to room the smell of weed and smoke was so horrible. Once in room they was amazing and clean. Checking out there was no one at desk from 10pm till after 8:30 am.
