This is a no frills hotel. Just what we needed. And expected as stayed at this chain and location previously. Unfortunately it was late we unpacked THEN discovered TV was not functioning. We moved to a different room in AM. Staff was amazing.

This was my first ever stay at a Woodspring Suites. Most of them have terrible reviews but this one had better reviews and a great price. The property is newer and it seems as though it’s in a location that is growing. A lot of new places. Upon arrival, the staff was great and very friendly. We get our room keys and head on up. Upon entry, we discovered the floor had not been cleaned. There was food residue and shoe prints all over the floor. I asked for a different room. Upon entering the second room, we discovered another very dirty floor, a toilet that had been used and not flushed as well as an empty water bottle in the bathroom trash. We were only there for one night so I cleaned up the floor the best I could. There was barely any toilet paper so I had to ask for more. No cooking utensils and no paper towels. The room wasn’t stocked with anything which may be part of the Woodspring experience. The staff was helpful but seemed irritated at my requests.

Maybe skip this one

We arrived before 10p, yet the entrance was locked. Phone did not have a dial tone. Finally a young man in a Popeyes uniform asked us "What you wont?" He huffed, puffed & sighed all while checking us in with an attitude. He was never friendly. If he'd been half as excited about customer service as he was about that faded pink hair & tatoos, you'd have a winner there. As is, you'd be better off hiring Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street. While i understood polishing the room floor, it left a really gross film on your feet as you moved about the room. The floor looked nice though. No cups for the bathroom, nor a hair dryer. There was no other dinner or cookware in the room. The room was very loud throughout the night. No soundproofing. No staff at the desk at checkout time was also odd. Is Popeyes even open early morning?

HORRIBLE

Absolutely horrible. I drove 12 hours from MD. Booked a hotel 3-4 hours before arriving, just to get here and for them to tell me they don’t ba e any rooms. Front desk clerk hung up on me multiple times instead of finding a room for me.

If you just need a place to lay your head for 1 night, this would be the place. No breakfast, no ice machines, 1 roll of toilet paper, no do not disturb sign, no house keeping, very thin towels, no amenities. Very plain jane. Bed was semi-comfortable, a/c was awesome, space was large. Check in desk closes early and when we checked out at 8 in the morning no check out person. The close up the front desk with a locking shield. This was ok for our stay, but not again. Price per night was good, staff very friendly.
