The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. My problem with the hotel was other quests were smoking in the rooms above me and threw all their cigarette butts around my car, it was gross. Also the pillow cases had marks on them leading me to think they were not changed, this grossed me out. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very appropriate and satisfying. Maybe boiled eggs could be added to the menu and something extra for the waffles.

The lady at the front desk, was al smiles and very friendly. The room was clean and beautiful. However, the bed was really hard. But, that's just my opinion.my husband and I will continue to use baymont hotels.
I ask for a no smoking room. Should have complained, but we were in a hurry. Several bugs in the room including roaches. The girl behind the desk was not friendly and I'm not sure she saw any of my requests. Bottom line is I'd never recommend it and will not stay at another Baymont.
