It is very close to the Santa Lucia metro station, Arena Monterrey, Fundidora Park, Macro Plaza, CAS, and Tec de Monterrey. Quick access to main avenues: Felix U Gomez / Eugenio Garza Sada, and Constitución. Amenities include a pool, gym, and a kids' club for children under 10. The building also has one parking space. An OXXO convenience store, Benavides Pharmacy with a doctor's office, and dining options are located outside the building.
