The apartment's location is excellent, as it is next to the Santa Lucia River and entrance number A9 to Fundidora Park. It is very close to the Santa Lucia metro station, Arena Monterrey, Fundidora Park, Macro Plaza, CAS, and Tec de Monterrey. Quick access to main avenues: Felix U Gomez / Eugenio Garza Sada, and Constitución. Amenities include a pool, gym, and a kids' club for children under 10. The building also has one parking space. An OXXO convenience store, Benavides Pharmacy with a doctor's office, and dining options are located outside the building.
