Quick check in room was descent alot better than most of the others we have used
They charged me an extra $11.40 for my room after I paid the right price you gave me. Was takin off later after check in. Not happy!!!
There was stains on the floors and the walls had marks all over them. Went to sleep and got woke up to getting bit by bed bugs. Once i got up to see the bed bugs i saw cockroaches crawling on the walls and the tv stand. Never will i stay there again.
Clean room with little fridge with no microwave in the room, but is one in the breakfast area. Internet is very slow. Some lamps are not connected to power because there are no power outlet near by.
Horrible. Dirty. Couldn't get towels or even a garbage bag. Lobby stunk. The breakfast was spoiled fruit.

The place looks nicer on the pics than in real life. The place comes across as a bit tired but still can serve as an ok place to spend a night.
Very affordable and close to alot of things to do. Right next to Treasure Aisle, which was convienant. Dissapointed in the breakfast they offered. Only saw coffee, bread, bananas and raw eggs still in shell. I reallly wanted a bagel with cream cheese and a glass of milk/.
This is NOT a new hotel. Its a motel that has been partially refurbished. The carpet and tv are new and the walls have been painted. The tub enamel is chipped, the sink is old. The only available outlet was in the bathroom area. There are door knob holes in the sheetrock. The room smelled old. A pair of Large, modern, new glass doors have been placed outside the front of the lobby and lead into a decades hotel lobby. This is NOT a 3 star hotel and for what it is, its over priced.
The hotel is newly remodeled. The room had new carpet, bed, pillows & furniture. How ever the new smell was VERY overwhelming. So much so it gave me a severe headache. The bathroom fan and light were on the same switch. The fan was so loud it was deafening. My 9 yr old son was scared of it. Lastly I was traveling with my son and I just didn't feel safe. We ended up not even using the hotel room. I normally don't scare easily, but I had an extremely uneasy feeling so we left. Oh... And the pool in my backyard is bigger than the pool they have.
Overall I was pleased but was expecting a little more based on the pictures
While taking a last minute trip to Kings Island this week with my two boys, I was lucky to be one of the first people to book a room in this hotel. From what I understand, they are just opening - and we were one of their first customers! In my typical organized and ever-so responsible fashion - I booked the Waves Hotel in Monroe Ohio though my iPhone app - just as we were crossing the Ohio state line! They are just opening, so there wasn’t much to go on as far as reviews or pictures, however the price was right, it was very close to Kings Island and the Beach water park and it appeared to be a great value. The rooms are decent and updated, both the exterior and interior seem to have had a lot of recent work done to them and everything was in good working order. The TV had a great selection of channels and there was plenty of parking. Most importantly - the staff truly cared. Not just one or two people - but everyone that I had communication with seemed to sincerely care that we were happy as customers! I'm sure that this is partly because they are new and trying to do their best - but the fact that everyone was so just down right excited about their new hotel, opening up the pool for the first time, their new internet service, etc, - It really left me with the feeling that ten years from now they will all still all be taking such great pride in what they have built!
