The electronic key did not work. The backup keypad was supposed to be programmed with the number I was given, and it was not. We attempted to contact the host via Vrbo messaging, text, and phone call and got no response over the 2 hours we stood outside the property trying to get in. Contacted Vrbo who also tried to reach host to no avail. My party of 4 wound up having to pay for 3 hotel rooms because we never heard from the host to this day! Except some auto messages asking how we enjoyed our stay and reminding us when checkout was. I expect a full refund.
