It was cheap and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. For the price point it was similarly clean to the La Quinta we stayed at previously which was over twice what we paid the previous nights. The room looked recently remodeled. I’d probably stay here again since it was a decent basic room in proximity to lots to see.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay, outside of the motel may throw a few people as it's nothing fancy, but the rooms are all super clean and look recently remodeled. TV was great, shower was nice, bed was comfy, heat/AC worked perfectly, fairly quiet for a motel, and VERY close to a ton of restaurants and bars in downtown Missoula. I would stay again, for $65 it can't be beat!

The rooms were recently renovated, everything was clean. The ac/heating unit was a bit loud but, if you're tired, it doesn't really matter. All i cared about is that it kept us warm.

Old, small room and overwhelming old/musty/stuffy smell. Loud but functional heating system. You get what you pay for.

It was tidy, clean, the service person was polite and gave me a cup of coffee in the morning, I would stay there again for a quick overnighter.

run-down exterior but very friendly and great location, comfortable bed, clean room. be sure to ask for extra TP, since they didn’t refresh ours or have extra in the room, and bring your own tissues

This place was the best location we could find that is walking distance from everything. Don’t get worried when you pull up... despite It’s rough appearance it’s a great stay!

Shower was mildewed. AC was undersized for the room.

Rooms were very clean, pleasant and quiet. Well cared for property and great location.

The property was renovated amazingly well. I am recommending to friends.

Very clean and excellent hospitality! Would definitely recommend!

Nice, old hotel with sufficient parking and walking distance to restaurants and bars in old town.

We have stayed here before and like that they are renovating a vintage motel near downtown and are renting rooms at a fairly reasonable rate, however they are skimping on the quality of their beds. We couldn't get a good night's sleep because of that, and even though we want to stay there, that is a "must". Sadly, we will look elsewhere next time.

The room was ready early and the check in was fast and friendly. It was a very hot day and the room was cool and clean. We had a great night sleep and really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do! I plan to stay there every time I go to Missoula.

Small motel in downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Small room but updated somewhat. Lovely location in an interesting place. Met our needs for a place to spend the night.

Room was clean, but had a small electric heater that took hours to get to room temperature. The heater was noisy and cycled throughout the night. Mattress was hard and only one blanket was provided. Shower was small. No coffee maker in room.
