Went to there with my family.. check in was ok the staff was super nice. Room was nice and clean but little smaller than I thought and batheroom was EXTREMELY COLD!!!!!Not gonna be back especially winter time!!!

Good location, great price, bedding super comfortable! Thank you!

The hotel seems to be a party hotel. Dirty parking lot with everything from beer cans to dirty underwear. The carpet in the hallways were really stained. The room it's self wasn't too bad beds were pretty comfy. The ceiling above the bed had dried blood... The bathroom was the worst. The shower curtain was moldy and had some brown stains on it and the drain didn't work very well.

The staff was courteous and helpful but the facilities were lacking. There was no elevator available and the stairwell closest to our room was closed for painting. Everything in the hotel was approximately circa late 80's- early 90's and had seen better days.

Stay was ok, but the facility is looking dated and a little seedy. Corridor carpet was in need of replacement due to staining and some of the room furniture had upholstery stains. On the plus side the lobby and public areas were clean and neat. Staff was very professional and friendly.

The room overall is not bad. The chairs, however, were filthy and stained making it to where I didn't even use them.

Beds are old and uncomfortable. Hallway carpets were filthy. Staff was nice. Wouldn't stay here again, it wasn't worth the price. And heaven forbid that you try and pay in cash! They made me put $150 deposit on a credit card or I couldn't check in...

Front Lobby and Staff were very nice and helpful, but the room we stayed in looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Hallway Carpets were very stained and overall the place is really tired looking.

This is our 2nd time staying there. We chose it again because of the friendly staff and high chairs in breakfast area. Also a good variety of foods for breakfast. The rooms were still comfortable and spacious. However our bathroom this time had mold growing on the walls since there is no fan in the bathroom. Hotel please fix this issue.

This was a comfortable hotel to stay in, with a nice location in Missoula. A little older in general with fridge that didn't cool too well. Very nice and clean, and can't complain for the money.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms, but no microwave in room. Lumpy mattresses.

hallway dirty breakfast was the worst I have see in 40 years of travel overall dirty place noisy kids running around the hotel all night

Our stay was fine for the one night we were there. It was not fancy but served the purpose. The hall carpet could be cleaned or replaced as there were several soiled or spotted places. The price was low and the location convenient so we would probably stay there again. The staff was helpful and there was a breakfast included which was helpful for our quick trip.

Was a good place to stay while looking for a place to live. Could use some upgrades but was clean and had a good breakfast. Was disappointed that the hot tub was barely warmer than bath water and bubbles were weak. Staff was friendly.

we are on a roadtrip for our honeymoon & needed a decent place to sleep after a long day of driving. the hotel was a good value for the money. heather was awesome! she made sure we were taking care of. glad we chose broadway inn :)

I was only in for one night while passing through MT. My stay was pleasant. The hotel was well-kept, the room was very clean, and it was quiet. Mini-fridges are always welcome, as are functioning windows. I would stay again next time I'm in Missoula.

Thought it was nice that we could bring our dogs to this hotel, and there was a gated grassy area that the hotel staff let our dogs run off leash! The free breakfast was nice, but our aircon unit didn't work well and our room was hot and humid our entire stay.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Hotel amenities were good with a pool,Jacuzzi, courtyard, casino and bar/restaurant. Hotel needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. While carpets in room seemed okay, carpets down hall were rather disgusting and should be an embarrassment to the hotel. Seems like an easy fix and hotel management should take action. The hotel has many positives going for it, they should take action with a thorough cleaning to attract more customers. Bar and restaurant were great with great food and awesome drink prices, nice courtyard to spill outside and enjoy the weather. Would recommend with caution on cleanliness.

The pictures are deceiving. Basic amenities, mattress is from 1980's. They are not updated. Stains on the carpeting throughout the hotel. There are other, better hotels in the area.

We were pretty hungry by the time we arrived at around 9 pm. We got great, friendly service from the connected restaurant/bar. And the Nachos were awesome and did the trick. We loved the pool and work out room, most. And the breakfast each morning sufficed as well. We will stay there again, for sure. The price was right too, which is very helpful. The only thing, negative (in my book) that I noticed was some of the staff being a little brash and loud as they discussed their jobs and how crummy their day was, in front of customers/travelers. And walking through the dining area with the cigarette they were much needing, in the pool area.
