Check-in was quick and staff member who greeted me was very friendly. Front lobby is still closed so check-in is outside or at car. Outdoor access to inside of building and rooms is limited to 2 doors and neither are well lit if arriving at night. I have stayed here two times in the last several weeks and have been pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. No frills, but a great stay for the price. I'll be back.

The staff are amazing. Lily and Jade made us feel at home and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. We had a great stay.

Hotel looked ok at first and was close to MSU. Unfortunately the TV did not work- no cable at this hotel, and the TV would not connect to Netflix or anything else as advertised. There was a stain on the sheet that looked like blood, and the toilet was not clean. The shower did not have hot water, and after letting it run for 5 min it was barely warm enough to take a quick shower. Unfortunately, the water was t draining though, so I was standing in freezing cold water. I was going to let the front desk girl know, but she didn’t even acknowledge me when I stopped there. She was too busy talking with another employee. Extremely disappointing stay

Nicely decorated. Room upgraded. Very helpful and handsome clerk at front desk!

The place was nice, but my room smelled of mold and the ceiling above the shower was covered in mold. The train woke me up through the night. 5 times to be exact.

I liked that it was close to the college and but i didn't like that it didn't state that the pool wasn't open and changed on the website

Wasn’t the cleanest. Stayed here before and was way cleaner not sure why it wasn’t as clean.

Check in with fast friendly and efficient. There are no elevators so the young man carried my luggage up the stairs for me. Thank you very much

Clean but dated. A/C didn't work and it was hot. But didn't have much to chose from unless you wanted to pay 200 a night in missoula

Liked the room, the price, the convenience to the highway and to restaurants. I slept through the trains just fine, but they kept waking my husband.

Friendly, cooperative staff I don’t get along w/ those plastic card keys. No place to hang up your clothes.
