The room was very smelly- I bought Lysol and Fabree to freshen upholstery and curtains in Living room and bedroom. No elevator and my room was on second floor- Jay who manned the front desk was super in offering to help maneuver my 4 pieces of luggage- he was the only 5star part of the stay. No closet or hangers just hooks which is not great when you are traveling with business attire and no place to hang up. No towel bars. First hotel that has made me cry. Awful, curb appeal sucks- a precursor to the room. When I booked, hotel shuttle was part of amenities but they had discontinued shuttle service.

It was okay, very disappointed I wanted the suite with the jetted tub that was pictured in the room I selected. Got to the hotel find out that even tho it’s pictured, it’s not in that room? Would have just got a regular room at that point. With it being homecoming weekend there was no other option but to keep that room. Just not what we were wanting room wise.

Comfy bed and good air conditioned room. The floor was pretty sticky all the way through so probably just from their cleaner. The big issue is the checkout is at 11:00 AM, it was 10:30 when I heard a small quiet knock on the door. I then went to put my pants on to answer the door when the housekeeper decided to open the door himself. Luckily I had the door latch over so he couldn’t come in or open it all the way but that could be a big issue with a lot of people and their privacy.
