Stains on the carpet. I requested a non pet room, the hotel put us in a pet room, in a daylight basement room. Breakfast was poor. The new owners got rid of the cheese omelets, no big tex sweet rolls. No shops or restraunts easy to get to from the northside of busy Brooks St/hwy 93. There is an extended stay motel behind the property with contractor equipment parked there. New owners shouldn't degrade an already poor property and location with being frugal with breakfast selections and stained carpets.

The checkin process was inconvenient. I completed the online checknin process which stated i would just need to go to the office and pick up the key to the room. The lady that was at the desk was rude and i had to complete the check in process again.

The staff was awesome . Ralph was awesome and so was our housekeeper she was kind as well. I have a service animal and they didn't ask for my ppw , which was really nice cause I don't like to advertise I have one. Hot showers was nice .

We ended up not staying. I didn't feel safe with the people hanging around and at the hotel, especially with my toddler. This room was dirty with stained floors and walls, had an horrible smell. The staff was incredibly rude and eating pizza while checking us in.

Don’t waste your time booking

It’s as clean but with a bad odor the carpets were stained very bad. Tv dis not fuction well. We opted to switch rooms but it was no better
