The room needs remodeling still. I asked at front desk & the floor, beds, tv, desk & chair plus the cabinet w/microwave & fridge were new. However the sink was damaged & repaired poorly, the tub has nice rainfall showerhead but the tub is old along with the faucet was not working correctly. It had hot water but you had to fiddle with the faucet to try to get warm water. Not fun. Toilet seat not the best either. Once they get all these things done it will be great. Mattress was fine. Needed sleep so slept instead of breakfast.

The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient, despite the fact I was checking in at 1AM after an airline fiasco. They also kept the hotel running smoothly despite a citywide power outage early in the AM. The mattress was heavenly and the room was clean and quiet. Some scratches/chips on the sink but it was clean. The Baymont worked out great for my brief stay in Missoula.
