Room was clean and comfortable Building was dirty and unkept

Piles of garbage outside our room. Empty cardboard boxes from furniture in room. We asked for a refund and went downtown to a most excellent Holiday Inn.

There was no shower curtain, the furniture was broken, no cups in the room

The staff was extremely friendly helpful. More than willing to bring us an extra blanket Offered up suggestions on where to dine and called us when we had left behind some personal items. Very accommodating and a pleasure to stay here

Old motel, thin walls, ceilings, windows. Very noisey. Being remodeled. Cold breakfast OK. Big parking lot.

The Parking lot was out of control. Staff indifferent and disrespectful of each other. Rooms smelled like cigarettes from staff and possibly guests

What a horrible place and horrible service. No hot water. Literally chunks came out of shower faucet. Had to get cleaning supplies to clean to room because it was dirty. “Breakfast” was a packaged pastry and nearly rotten orange. And then it got worse, I was told nearly 10 times that the manager would call me back to get a partial refund and never got a call back. Had to escalate to corporate and got a small refund after 2 months and literally calling or emailing 15-20 times. Will never ever stay at a red lion again.

We had a charge held on our card in case we decided to smoke in the room. The room already smelled of smoke though.

We had to move rooms twice due to the terrible condition of the room. The first room was not clean at all, sheets were undone and room was messy and the second room had a blood stain on the bed. The tub was dirty and rug was old and stained. The entire room looked very neglected.

The bathrooms and the carpets were very dirty when we checked in. I don’t thing there is much of a housekeeping staff.

Breakfast not available, sign gave the hours it was served (Apperently they havnt done so since start of pandemic, but it is stil advertized on line as included in price of nightly rate) Service was unpleasant.

I actually didn't even get the chance to stay here, I accidentally booked a stay for the 3rd and it was after midnight. The desk clerk was extremely rude to me, would not even allow me to try and change my booking and we had to find another hotel to stay at. We went to Motel 6 They were extremely friendly and great! We stayed there two nights and did not and will not probably ever go back to the Red Lion. This is very sad and disappointing as we have stayed there before and loved it!

Just stayed the night and was good for the 7 hours I was there

Room was rather dingy and in desperate need of updating. Stains on carpets and walls. Security bar on door was broken. Sink outside bathroom did not drain. TV reception was terrible. At least the bedding was clean.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The bed certainly was comfortable. Rooms are starting to show their age.

The hotel itself was fine, did not like the the check in as some how our reservations we not there

Room was gross. Mold in bathroom, floors heavily stained, water stains on ceiling. We got charge twice at check in then again at check out. Key kept loosing info so would have to go back to get it redone multiple times. Rooms look nothing like pictures.

Thank you for your review. Our hotel previous had a boiler go out back in June and since that time have had no issues with water or any other major items thru out the hotel. We are happy to hear that you have received your requested refund.

Thank you for your feedback. Please know that the safety deposit is a standard fee to cover any damages that may be left by the guest. This is standard for many hotels, and the deposit is returned after check-out; though it may take several business days to become available due to your bank. That being said, if you notice anything about your room that is not to our standard, please let us know so that we can promptly address it.
