The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Hair all over the bathroom, a boot print on the bed sheet, poorly patched walls, stained (and wet) carpet...absolutely disgusting. If there had been other hotel availability in Missoula that night, I would have eaten the $200 and moved hotels. When I told the front desk that the room was really dirty, his response was, "ok". That's it. Nothing else. Just...OK. Obviously I'm not the first person to complain. Will NEVER stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years, and we travel a lot, both domestically and internationally. The room was very rough, paint peeling and wood work damaged. The door safety lock was broken and the dead bolt didn’t work. NOT SAFE! The grounds, walkways, and halls were filthy. Landscaping overgrown and weed infested. Pool and hot tub areas filthy, and trash strewn. A sad excuse for a hotel. I complained directly to Red Lion and they forwarded my comments to the management. I got a response from the management that we had received a $50 credit. Which was kind of ridiculous because the rate was $230 for the night anyway.

The shower had mold in it (we did not even chance using it), the floor in front of the toilet has paint peeling. The bathroom door was rotting off from the bottom. There were spiders on the floor. And the clerk at night spoke very poor English. Had it not been so late we would’ve left, even if we had lost our money. The pictures on Expedia are not accurate at all! This place was a dump, with very sketchy clientele. We were so disappointed.

The surrounding area had homeless people everywhere. Air conditioning was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower had mold around the edges and the room was smelly. There was rodent droppings in the corner of the lobby area. This was the worst place I have ever been. Checked out and found a cleaner friendlier place to say. Expedia needs to vet places before listing them as places to book.

when we got to our room, it was super cold as the air was blowing full force. We tried to change the settings and it was either on or off. The bathroom was awful - not clean and the floor was full of debris. No kleenex in the box, no bag in the ice container which was filthy. We would have left if there were any other available options for the night. The place is old and obviously falling apart. We have stayed there previously but this was the worst! NEVER AGAIN!

The rooms did not match the pictures on the website. Our room was dated and not cleaned well. The exterior was dated and not kept. It worked for a one-night stay, but I doubt I would book any extended stay here.

Could improve cleaning.

This hotel is very run down, and the floor of my room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had one light out, and paint was peeling. The towels and sheets were very clean. The Main lobby was dark and could use a uplift. The work out room has only broken equipment and is very dirty. I don't mind low ammenities, I just was hoping for clean.

I would never stay here again. My kids took their shoes off and their feet would turn black instantly from the floors. They don’t clean the floors so look at the parking lot. That is what the floors are like. Bring slippers.
