I was waiting for 10 minutes for check in. The staff was friendly enough, but in the midst of a busy check in time, one of the (only) two desk people left! (of course right before I was supposed to be helped) Made a bad first impression.. The building needs to be updated-things are looking a little shabby and outdated. I was excited about the pool-but my first evening there were a couple of obnoxious kids jumping into the pool in front of an obvious sign-"No jumping" Splashed me while I was taking a dip. I had a room on the noisy side of the building by the freeway. Thankfully I use earplugs at night. Positive: breakfast was good-nice choices. A pretty creek runs by the side of the building. "The Stone" across the street is a nice sit-down place for lunch or dinner.
Breakfast was great.Hair dryer did not work
Felt very unsafe
Easy check in, clean, nice breakfast, convenient location.
Love the window seat design over the AC/heating unit in the room, and listening to the stream and watching the ducks.
Excellent staff. good value. we are repeat customers because of this and the convenience.
Everything was fine
The room size is very good. But, it is an older property and due for some TLC. The TV is difficult to operate as you have to advance one channel at a time. The beds are hard as are the pillows. The breakfast room is quite small and has few choices. The only staff member we dealt with was very pleasant.
It was rundown, not maintained, and it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The front desk girl was rude and acted like we were putting her out by being there to check in. When we got to the room, the bed didn’t look right. I pulled back the blankets and you could tell the sheets had been slept in. The one side was all wrinkled, (like someone had slept on that side) and there were two body hairs. The place was such a let down, we left and stayed elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the photos! It does not look like that anymore.
The place is located by the airport and other restaurants/stores are nearby. The place is clean and the included breakfast is delicious.
Easy to find. Convenient location to gas station and short drive to eating establishments. Third floor call button for elevator inoperative. Had to use stairs to 2nd floor to use elevator. Bad news for a person with bad knees.
Our room was not updated
This property had easy access to freeway. Convenient location and walking distance to a few restaurants.
