Real bad…broken elevator so kids with asthma had to climb stairs. Pool and hot tub broke as well! Very sad kids!! Room dirty had the tag from shirt cut off laying in the bathroom floor. Hair in bathroom sink and scum lining the shower. Smelled like cigs and a bad time!!

I booked this room on Expedia for 2 days and at 1100 am when I was out running errands I get a notice from the hotel that I need to checkout absolutely surprising me I had no idea I had to checkout I booked it for 2 days o thought no I'm sorry no nothing just leave we've already rebooked your room but I see you did book for 2 days so we can move you but you have to pay again so I left with nowhere to stay ! Unbelievable

Room was good, no pool as stated, no hot tub as stated, no ELEVATOR. Just had total knee replacement and forced to schlep my stuff upstairs liken a drunken sailor with my bad knee. I blame Expedia on this though, I couldn’t cancel my reservation upon finding out the issues that were clearly stated as being in working condition. I just ran into this again tonight at another hotel with again no working hot tub but stated as present and available. The purpose of the app is to take the phone calls out of concern and provide what is stated. Am not sure worth of EXPEDIA when traveling anymore

Bathroom smelled like pee, moved rooms and the tv was broken. Paid in advance for 2 nights, no advertisement of renovations going on so we got screwed out of paying over 200 for 2 nights at a hotel that didnt have working elevators or pool/spa with a newborn. Terrible experience, i will never return to this hotel

Hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Elevator out of service. Half capacity. Hotel was dirty. Desk staff wasn’t attentive on arrival or the next morning as the were asleep in a chair in the back office. Breakfast presentation was better than most hotels. Breakfast attendant was friendly

The room was fine, no spa no elevator. Did not pre warn or put on web site. This is not new they are under remodel. And tried to tell us it was just not working that night, BS, expected to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. Never again will I stay at a la Quinta it was a deliberate lie that could have been alleviated by just telling people the situation I’m disable and climbing stairs was awful. Never again worst stay ever

We were a bit disappointed due to the fact that we were searching for a hotel with a hot tub to soak, warm up and relax. The first thing we see at check in was a sign stating that the spa was out of order. But at least we got one of their rooms with a jetted tub so it satisfied a little. Hotel was clean and cozy. Location seemed quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a good addition to have disinfectant wipes in the gym area though.
