Upon arrival, the desk clerk started to check me in and after telling me sorry about 20 times, telling me my card was declined twice which it wasnt, I was finally checked in after 18 minutes. I had only 4 hours to sleep so every minute counted. Upon my departure at 4am I was greeted with a giant dog in the lobby that barked and lunged at me before the employee’s boyfriend leapt up grabbed the dog before it could potentially attack me! Or lick me to death who knows?!? Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would suggest you train better and not allow dogs off the leash in your lobby! I have stayed at 100s of properties. 1st review ever given. It was that bad.
Pros: nice staff, decent breakfast, convenient location Cons: paper thin walls - the other Days Inn is right next to the train tracks and you could hear it all night so I figured this would have to be better. No. The first night an extremely drunk girl was brought to her room across mine by 2 random guys which I could hear all of. The next night I could hear a mom argue with her baby daddy about child support, yell at her kid, and one of them cough all hours of the night. The halls smell of smoke and the whole thing feels like it needs to be renovated.
Actually felt safe and it was quiet
Room smelled like cat pee.
Getting old. Needs updating. New carpets in all rooms. They really stink.Needs A real updating.
Pleasant over all
Ggg
If this is indicative of Days Inn i am not staying at another. Garbage bags piled up outside. Filthy carpets and i mean nasty in lobby. This is a truck stop. Unfortunately read reviews after arriving. Same stuff called out as far back as 2019. Not staffing covid issues
Check in staff provided excellent service !! Unfortunately a got a smokers room. Went to the front desk to see if I could switch..again, staff very helpful…but because of the storm, nothing else was available. Will never stay in a smokers room again
Decor is a bit dingy. Staff were kind. Smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.
Most expensive Days Inn we stayed at on our trip, but they offered little for breakfast. Bananas and oatmeal.
Clean room and great staff
Needed a place to stay during a cross-country trip. Distinct smell of cigarettes throughout property even in non smoking room.
I didn’t stay at this property, due to my flight getting cancelled, I never made it
The customer service was great! It was very conveniently located. The only issue was whether there is no elevator. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helped us carry our luggage up the steps.
The place smelled like smoke and the carpet was dirty. The front desk clerk was exceptionally polite, helpful, and efficient.
EVERYTHING was excellent. The room was clean, and soo comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. I was highly impressed. I hope to stay at more days inn places. Thank you.
