Room was nice and clean other than smelling like smoke. The ac unit was very noisy. Staff was rude. We tried to extend our stay a few weeks before arrival and the staff was rude he told us a price more than double the amount we paid for two nights and we just wanted to stay one extra day. He than hung up on me when I questioned why the amount per night was so much more. Upon arrival the check in staff was rude and not welcoming. I had laundry to do since our trip was 10 days and was again treated poorly by another staff when I asked to get change for laundry facilities. Staff in the hallways were not friendly. We did not feel comfortable in the hotel we were so uncomfortable there we did not even partake in the breakfast or the swimming facilities.

Delta canceled our flight as we were leaving the house to drive to the airport. I called Expedia to cancel the room and they said I could not. Delta rebooked us for the next day. We are halfway there a day later….spent seven nights in a 5 bedroom air b and b in Columbia Falls, then headed back to Missoula. The Quality Inn was nice. Next to Montana’s Club. Close to the airport. Great breakfast. Still hoping for Delta to reimburse what Quality wouldn’t.

Montana’s restaurant next door was convenient. Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was bacon and scrambled eggs, waffles and cereal, juices and coffee. Currently disputing a charge from a week earlier when Delta canceled our flight at 2:30 pm and I tried to get refunded for the room we prepaid $150 and weren’t flying until the next day.

The desk check in person was very nice. Carpet is dated and shower was super noisy. The tub crackled whenever you moved. The neighborhood is great and the pool was perfect. I would stay here again
