We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river. I was a great view, and there were chairs on the balcony, but metal, with no padding. Having a small cushion for the chairs would be nice. The lawn was a little overgrown, un-mowed, but the outside amenities were very nice.

Breakfast was great, location was very convenient to university and down town (have to drive but not far), train horn about every 4-6 hours wasn't great but tolerable, unfortunately took a long time for water to get hot on the top floor.

Dollar for dollar this is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. People were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel, but was good enough. The train comes by occasionally and its horn is loud, but that is true for all of downtown Missoula. Close to campus, nice setting by the river.

The location is perfect for attending an event at the Adams Center on the UM campus. We were able to walk to the venue in less than 15 minutes. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable.
