I was on the bottom floor with a fence leading to an apartment complex (my window )right next-door. I was by myself so Iwas kind of scared all night. The room was clean. Check-in was great. I kept checking the window to make sure it was locked. also, the phone did not work in the room, so I was unable to call the front desk for any reason. Also, the body wash was empty, but luckily, I bring my own.

The stay was comfortable and the view by the outdoor fireplaces were so pretty. The only negative would be the continental breakfast the syrup was out so we had dry waffles. The front reception gal was so welcoming she even gave us treats for our dog.

An adequate hotel but not that comfortable. The beds were full size, not queen size. They were also too firm. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were hard for older hands to squeeze. There was only one Kleenex in the box. And the TV signal was glitchy. The breakfast, however, was quite good and the staff were friendly.

We were double booked walked in on someone in the room they gave us. Talked to the front desk said they couldn’t do anything because we booked with Expedia. They said they had one room left which is a standard king & we had booked AND ALREADY PAID FOR a king suite because we had children & a pet with us. My daughter had to sleep with a friend in another room because of lack of beds. No reduction in price for a lesser room either. Absolutely rude front desk never one ounce of responsibility for their mistake. Admitted they have gone the key to the wrong room to the other people. Complete disregard for us as customers.

Great location, view and service

The location was perfect for our university visit and the balcony view was stunning. It was great to have a sitting area looking toward the water and mountains. Appreciated the large countertop in the bathroom. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The bath supplies were out. No conditioner at all and ran out of body wash. Makes you wonder how much care was givin to cleanliness . Otherwise room was sufficient
