Great room, the space was great, felt like an apartment or condo.

Really friendly staff. Great customer service.

2 stars...First time staying there and the last time. When I walked into the hotel with my 3 pound Yorkie I was not greeted with a hello but rather a “you know that’s a $75 charge for having the dog?” Pointing rudely at my dog.. I replied oh I thought that that was a deposit I will get back if there was not any accidents, which he has never had. Nope $75 dollar fee for a teeny little dog for one night. That’s almost the cost of the room!! I was able to talk him down to $50. Yes I realize after going back to look at the site that it says pet friendly but then you have to scroll to the bottom to see in fine print the charge for pets. Which also states prices very.... We then asked to pay extra if we could possibly check out at 5 PM, I had a training 8-5pm and my husband needed a place to stay, we were willing to pay whatever the cost to use the room. I would have paid another night practically...I have always done that at previous hotels that I’ve stayed at in Montana, again not the case here he rudely told me no you need to be out by 2pm. At 2pm my husband had to leave the room and wait for 3 hours outside, in October in the cold, for me to get back from my job because the little dog could not be in the lobby either... to top it all off we got no sleep due to the very active people that were above our room making all sorts of noise at 3:45am until I got up at 6am...

The nice clean big rooms. Good breakfast each morning. Front desk associates very friendly and helpful.

Good location, new and clean. Spacious beautiful room. Good breakfast.

Construction was going on so parking was very difficult. but they did a good job of informing guests when there would be noise from work being done. Front desk staff was very friendly. On last night the people in the room next door were very loud and when I finally called the front desk at 2:30 Am they were appolegitic and the noise stopped within minutes of the call.

Very clean modern room. Breakfast was above average with hot and cold items. Great shuttle to and from the airport Free WiFi and free laundry use.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay very much

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean, great included breakfast, nice and up to date facilities. Pool was a plus. Exercise room was a bit bland but then again so are all of them. Was there at a peak time and didn't hear anyone outside of hallway traversement. Airport shuttle was a welcome bonus. Parking could get a bit cramped but was fine overall. Will be staying there again for our annual visit as long as the rates remain as fair as they are.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgable. Great location.

My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. Our room at the Staybridge was wonderful and we plan on staying there whenever we're in Missoula.

Particularly enjoyed and appreciated set up and value of two-bedroom suite. Perfect. Very new and clean. Television channels were difficult because there was no program guide, Had to surf to see what was on and then couldn't tell because of commercials and coming into the middle of programs. In house movies would have been nice.

very friendly staff and very clean rooms, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is located close to many restaurants, having a stove top to cook on is a welcome treat. Full sized fridge, large microwave oven, and a dishwasher were good amenities also. Nice pool, whirlpool, and workout area. The free guest laundry was a welcome surprise. Very friendly staff too!

The room is very nice, spacious, and has all the kitchen stuff you'd need. The only complaint I have is that the queen size bed is definitely not. It's barely past a twin size.

First, I would like to start off by apologizing for the stay you had and the inconveniences you encountered. I am sorry you were not informed about our pet fee until you arrived at our property and how much it was. I know it can be hard to locate that especially on third party websites. I also want to apologize about your husband not being able to stay in the room and having to wait outside. We should have handled this differently and came up with a plan that worked better for you guys. I will use this as a training experience for our staff so we can ensure things like this do not happen in the future. Again, we are very sorry and hope you will give us a chance in the future to make it up to you with a much better stay.
