The pool was too cold. My husband and kids didn’t even want to swim in it. The hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. As we booked the hotel because the pictures looked like the pool was huge, we were disappointed at the size when we got there.

We normally stay at another hotel close by but they didn't have any rooms available. While the Best Western Plus was not our first choice, we would definitely consider returning in the future. The room size was enormous with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Add in the fact that Starbucks in next door and there is a restaurant across the street and you have a perfect location.

I have 3 things that I expect when I give an excellent rating—clean, quiet and customer service. These were all excellent. I especially appreciated the ability to choose breakfast and have a “sack” breakfast to go with me on my way.
The staff was amazing and the room even more amazing. You could tell the rooms had been cleaned thoroughly !! Will be staying here again for sure ! Oh and super pet friendly !
I enjoyed the many options on the take and go breakfast. Something for everyone. I got a gluten free muffin, my sister loved the breakfast sandwich and the mini cinnamon role and the fruit and many other options.

Dear Dustin and family, I am sorry for the issues you faced regarding our pool area. Our pool is kept at the state regulated temperature of 82 degrees, which is what it was at when your family stayed. I also am sorry you were disappointed in the size of our pool as it is the largest out of all hotels in Missoula. We were having issues with our hot tub and these problems have all been resolved. We hope to see you again so we can offer you a more enjoyable pool/hot tub experience.
