Overall, our stay was disappointing. While the air conditioning worked very well and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below expectations.The listing advertised two bathrooms with showers, but the first-floor shower was unusable because the shower door was missing, and the shower itself was dirty. The upstairs bathroom was functional, but it was also not clean. The bath towels had stains, and the shower mat was filthy.In the kitchen, there was no hot water at the sink, and the dishwasher had a noticeable odor. The entryway walls had footprints on them, which gave a poor first impression.The checkout instructions could also be improved. Guests were asked to gather the linens, but there were no instructions about where to leave them, which created unnecessary confusion.Overall, while the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of clear checkout instructions made this stay fall short of expectations.

We rented this house because of the location in Burnsville. The house was not clean, the beds were very uncomfortable. We were given 1 white gym towel pp for our stay. The showers needed work done to them. The washer and dryer was filthy and we were afraid to use it. The coffee maker was filthy. The carpet g was dirty. The shampoo and soap was all dirty and used by other people. I would not recommend this house to rent as it is now.

Arrival and Bedding• Upon arrival, none of the bed pillows had pillowcases beneath the pillow shams.• There was no linen closet, and no information was provided about where linens were stored.• We eventually located sheets on the floor of a bedroom closet and additional linens, mixed withmiscellaneous towels and clothing, in a laundry basket.• Because we could not determine whether the linens were clean, we spent part of our first eveningwashing bedding after arriving around 10:00 PM following a long day of travel.Bathroom Issues• No towel bars were installed in any bathroom.• Only one bath towel was provided per bed.• No hand towels or washcloths were available.• No soap, shampoo, or conditioner was provided.• Partially used bar soaps from previous guests had been left in the shower, which is both unsanitary andunacceptable for a rental property.Bedroom Storage• None of the four bedroom closets had hanging rods or garment racks.• Three of the bedrooms had no dressers or other storage furniture.• There were no bedside tables in the upstairs bedrooms.• As a result, we were forced to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay.Kitchen and Dining Areas• The kitchen appeared poorly organized, with mismatched items and supplies stored haphazardly.• Dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher.• The oven was extremely dirty.• The refrigerator was unclean.• Food from previous guests remained in fridgeMuch more but not enough room to type.
